You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

your Nepal panoramic image

Dear Surendra Poudel, it honours you that you withdrew your File:Morning view of Phewa Lake, Nepal.JPG nomination.

I want to give a few comments on the panoramic image itself. The brightness level is good, I deem the clipping in top left corner where the sun is pushing through acceptable. There is an unsharp area 1/4th from the right, I cannot tell whether this is in the original images as well. Maybe you had too little overlap between adjacent images. The horizon, and for that I look at the lakeshore in the distance, is curved. This I consider an avoidable deficiency, as putting the horizon horizontal should easily be feasible. This may or may not be prompted by the available image coverage. There is also the fact that your image is only 720 pixels high. If the original images you used for stitching are larger than that, you may want not to downsample during panorama image making.
