- Hallo @F. Riedelio, die Kategorie Category:Quality images by User:Fabian Roudra Baroi ist in der Kategorie Category:Quality images by user enthalten, einsortiert unter Q. Wenn er unter B erscheinen soll, müsste man in der erstgenannten Kategorie den Eintrag [[Category:Quality images by user]] ändern zu [[Category:Quality images by user|Baroi]].
- Falls die ebenfalls enthaltene Kategorie Category:Quality pictures by User:Fabian Roudra Baroi nicht mehr in der Kategorie erscheinen soll, wäre der Eintrag [[Category:Quality images by user|Baroi]] dort entsprechend zu löschen.

Residual CA in images[edit]
Hi, following up on my comment at QIC about the residual green CA - I think you could fix this fairly easily by using manual CA settings, without damaging the photo quality at all. Personally, I use Lightroom for this, and the 'Defringe' options under the 'Manual' settings in 'Lens Corrections' includes 'Amount' and 'Purple Hue'/'Green Hue', tweaking those should fix the issue. Similar options are probably available in other applications. It's my only reason to oppose the nominations - they are really excellent quality otherwise! Hoi, Stepro. Ich habe vor kurzem ein Foto hochgeladen Molitor & Kuzmin "Container", aber ich würde es gerne umbenennen zum offiziellen Titel "Brauchen wir Licht?" - also: Lichtinstallation: Brauchen wir Licht? Wie mach ich denn das? Und die Genehmigung von den Künstlern liegt schon vor, aber da noch mit dem bisherigen Dateinamen. Wie soll ich am besten vorgehen? - Hallo Naomi, wenn Du möchtest, kann ich das Bild gern umbenennen. Die Genehmigungsvorlage würde das nicht beeinflussen. Aber ehrlich gesagt halte ich das für völlig unnötig: Der Dateiname ist nicht falsch, und beschreibt das Bild sogar vernünftig. Hallo Stepro, jedem können mal Fehler unterlaufen. Dann spricht man den anderen darauf an, er korrigiert die Sache und fertig. Unglaublich was du dir bei dem Bild Annalena30.jpg zusammengereimt hast, obwohl du hättest erkennen können, das die EXIF-Daten aus einem anderen Bild von A. Du löscht einen langen Diskussionsstrang, in dem Dich mehrere kritisieren, einfach während der laufenden Diskussion von Deiner Diskussionsseite (deWP). Das ist keine Diskussionskultur, sondern Diskussionsverweigerung. Da musst Du Dich auch nicht wundern, wenn andere Nutzer weitere Kommunikationsversuche mit Dir irgendwann aufgeben. - Es stimmt nicht, dass ich nicht kritikfähig wäre. Ich habe verstanden, dass man bei Derivaten immer eine neue Datei anlegen soll, was ich bisher mal gemacht habe, mal aber auch nicht. Des weiteren habe ich zur Kenntnis genommen, dass keine Veränderungen der Art wie bei dem Bart von Habeck erfolgen dürfen. Und über Freistellungen wird noch diskutiert. Und was die EXIF-Daten anbetrifft, kenne ich mich gar nicht aus und verändere von mir aus nie etwas daran. Möglich ist jedoch, dass diese einem Bearbeitungsprogramm zum Opfer fallen, z. B. wenn ich online freistellen oder schärfen lasse. Jetzt weiß ich auch, dass die auch nur teilweise Übernahme von Hintergründen dazu führen kann, dass die Daten des anderen Fotos übernommen werden und werde auch darauf achten. Editwars habe ich nicht angezettelt, d. h. ich habe ein Bild, das ich in einen Artikel eingestellt habe und das dann wieder entfernt wurde, nie unverändert erneut eingestellt. Wäre da sonst noch etwas?

- Die ganze Auseinandersetzung ergab sich aus zwei Ursachen:
- 1. Wikimedia sagt nirgendwo deutlich, was es eigentlich sein will, zu welchem Zweck es da ist und nach welchen Regeln der Betrieb ablaufen soll.
- 2. Die Support-Mitarbeiter und der Admin hätten wissen und mir gleich zu Anfang mitteilen müssen, was der Benutzer:Nico b. gestern auf meiner Diskussionsseite dargelegt hat: Wikimedia hat zwei Bereiche, Dokumentation und Illustration; im ersteren gibt es grundsätzlich keine Bildbearbeitungen, bei der Illustration sehr wohl. Nico brachte als Beispiel die Bearbeitung des Fotos einer Geige, um deren typische Merkmale besser in Erscheinung zu bringen. :Somit ist für mich jetzt (erst) klar, dass ich in meinem eigentlichen Tätigkeitbereich – Musikinstrumente, insbesondere Klarinetten – meine bisherige Praxis fortsetzen kann, die eben auch Freistellungen beinhaltetet.--Gisbert K (talk) 14:01, 9 August 2023 (UTC)

- 2. Die Funktionsweise von Wikimedia ist in den von dir genannten Dokumenten, die man in 3 Minuten gelesen hat, nur unzulänglich dargelegt (Mediensammlung, keine Zensur, Urheberrechte). Insbesondere fallen dort nicht die Begriffe Dokumentation, Illustration und Bildbearbeitung.

Hello, your edit has a confusing summary 'of course this is a topical category', since this is very clearly a Category:Media by source category, as it clearly states "by Exey Panteleev" in its name. See COM:CAT for more information on major category trees.
Also, your summary gives the impression that there was some attempt to hide something. This is false. While the template may be called 'hiddencat', it doesn't actually hide the category, it simply marks it as a non-topical/index category, which as mentioned above, this category is. Wiki Loves Monuments 2023 - Deutschland[edit]

bald ist es soweit: Vom 1. bis zum 30. September 2023 findet zum dreizehnten Mal der internationale Wettbewerb Wiki Loves Monuments (WLM) statt. Dabei können Bau-, Boden- und Kulturdenkmale fotografiert und die Fotos hochgeladen werden. Du hast an einem der vergangenen Fotowettbewerbe teilgenommen. Deshalb laden wir dich gern wieder ein, dieses Jahr mitzumachen. Wir freuen uns auf deine Fotos!
Vergangenes Jahr hat Radomianin mit einer Gesamtansicht von Kloster Paulinzella gewonnen. Welcher Fotograf oder welche Fotografin tritt dieses Jahr die Nachfolge an?
Nach WLM 2022 sind wieder zahlreiche neue Denkmallisten entstanden – zum Beispiel die Denkmallisten in Waltershausen in Thüringen oder in Fulda.
Für die Suche nach Motiven gibt es bei Wikipedia zahlreiche Listen und Karten. Als Einstieg hilft diese Übersichtsseite. Weitere Informationen erhältst du auf der Mitmach-Seite.
Für das einfache Auffinden haben wir eine Upload-Karte erstellt, in der viele aber leider noch nicht alle Kulturdenkmale angezeigt werden können. Das Laden der Objekte dauert dort etwas.
Wir haben dieses Jahr „drei Sonderpreise für Bilder von Friedhöfen“ ausgelobt. Zugelassen sind für den Sonderpreis auch Fotos von Friedhöfen, die nicht denkmalgeschützt sind.
