Thanks for uploading File:Schauffele Molly young.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.
Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own). The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Schauffele Molly young.jpg]] ) and the above demanded information in your request. |

Your message[edit]
Hi. Following your message and about the already deleted files: I haven't deleted them; it's an (or several) Administrator(s) who has(have) so please click on the red links to know the Administrator's name and the reason for the deletion and contact him/her or request an undeletion here. Concerning the non-deleted (yet) files your mention "made available to me for publishing" suggests you are not the photographer so please have him/her to send a permission via COM:OTRS. Kind regards, --Patrick Rogel (talk) 10:10, 25 May 2019 (UTC)

File:German Champions 1935.jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.
If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues. |

Further to your email, you need to send to OTRS an authorization of the copyright owner in order to get the file undeleted. Thanks, — Racconish 💬 05:03, 8 June 2019 (UTC)
- @Racconish: Comme je vous avez deja expliquer, je suis "the copyright Owner". What is so hard to understand?Stefantast (talk)
- This would contradict your initial statement that the copyright owner is Callaway Golf company. Kindly send an authorization of the copyright owner to OTRS. Thanks, — Racconish 💬 05:18, 8 June 2019 (UTC)
- Really? how? The photographer was a Callaway employee. I was present at the shoot like I always am. This image is owned jointly by XVS Inc.(the mnagement Firm I run; Xander Schauffele (my son who I manage) and Callaway. So in your mind everybody is a cheater right? You are very arrogant I must say!--Stefantast (talk)
- I can only see the anonymous uploader Stefantast simultaneously claims the author is Callaway Golf company and that he, Stefantast, is licencing the image. This is a case where a clarification with OTRS is needed, to protect the rights of the copyright owner, whoever he is. I am sorry if you feel this is arrogant and beg you to believe I don't make any judgement on your honesty. I am just trying to answer properly your request. Thanks, — Racconish 💬 05:36, 8 June 2019 (UTC)
- Racconish, I didn't file a request. You didn't either in this case. You simply deleted the file based on a wrong assumption. And yes, by repeatedly doubting my word and by going through all my uploads, you are definitely making a judgment as to my honesty. The action for direct deletion is reserved for blatant infractions only, you well know this. When one is unsure as to the legality, he first files a deletion request that gives the uploader the opportunity to state his/her case. You didn't do that, depriving me of my counter argument, thus you encounter the result of my frustration with your actions.--Stefantast (talk) 06:50, 8 June 2019 (UTC)

- Further to your email, please note ownership of a print of a photograph does not grant you ownership of the intellectual property on this work. Permission of the copyright owner has to be provided. Thanks, — Racconish 💬 05:45, 8 June 2019 (UTC)
- Being the legal heir of the owner of the intellectual property in question absolutely gives me the right to upload this image. Apparently you seem to be only vaguely knowledgeable about intellectual property rights.--Stefantast (talk) 06:13, 8 June 2019 (UTC)

- Racconish, As explained Richard Schauffele is my paternal Grandfather. This particular image Schauffele_Molly.jpg was taken on his 60th birthday by a family member. The image 1924 05 15 Fussball schauffele vfb gegen hirsch kfv klein.png is in the possession of the family and has no known author as that information might have been lost during the war. I am a heir to these photographs. Same counts for Johann_Hoffmann.jpg who is my maternal grandfather. You are doing the community a disservice by starting a personal vendetta against me because I titled your behavior arrogant. Fact remains, your behavior reflects just that, in the truest sense of the word. Review your judgement and then take whatever action you find necessary. I will have your actions reviewed by arbitration.--Stefantast (talk) 06:05, 8 June 2019 (UTC)
- In view of the above, a community discussion on these files seems to be appropriate, hence the deletion request below. I hope it will at least help keep the discussion calm and civil. — Racconish 💬 07:01, 8 June 2019 (UTC)
