Welcome to Wikimedia Commons, S17003!

You must evaluate Turkey as whole. However, you had differently colored the European and Asian parts of the country.

COVID-19 distribution svg[edit]

Hi, I see that you have been editing the SVG of total number of COVID-19 cases. I would like to point out that US has surpassed 10 million cases and I think it would be better if we changed the color of US to black and subsequently update the legend too! COVID-19 Map[edit]

Just want to confirm that the source data for this map is this table. Thanks! - Wikmoz (talk) 04:58, 10 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, acutually I use other sources also like worldometer and other sources to check the data besides the table. S17003

COVID-19 World Map[edit]

Hi @S17003, COVID-19 was spread into British Indian Ocean Territory, so you need to update all COVID-19 pandemic world maps. Thanks -Ibrahim Muizzuddin (talk) 12:39, 22 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks in advance @S17003, but these maps https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:COVID-19_Outbreak_World_Map-Deaths.svg and https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:COVID-19_Outbreak_World_Map-Confirmed.svg also need BIOT locator since it was not present there. oh thanks for your reminder, @Ibrahim Muizzuddin ! -S17003

Our World in Data maps are better[edit]

The Our World in Data maps are better. They are continually updated from data by COVID-19 Data Repository by the Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE) at Johns Hopkins University. The news media worldwide uses the Johns Hopkins University data.

Please see discussion here:

The Our World in Data source page for that map has a table tab that lists the exact data for each country, territory, etc.. --Timeshifter (talk) 14:13, 16 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Oh thanks I got your message -,- (talk) 15:09, 17 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
