Rename of File:Tanew Canon 068.jpg and File:Tanew Canon 133.jpg

Perhaps I am missing something but you asked it these two images could be rename to File:Tanew_2009-05-01_IMG_0068.jpg and File:Tanew_2009-05-01_IMG_0133.jpg, the river name Tanew is spelled correctly in the original file name. So I don't understand what is misspelled? I am going to decline the rename request. Please let me know if I am not understanding something. --Captain-tucker (talk) 19:00, 12 January 2011 (UTC)

Please use sub-categories

When categorising files, please avoid placing them into several categories that are directly linked within the same tree (e.g. a parent category and a child category – like Category:United Kingdom and Category:London), to prevent over-categorization of files and over-population of categories. Usually, only the most specific category should be used. See Commons:Categories for more details. Thank you.

Please do not tag redirects as {{Speedy}}. Other projects, including those using InstantCommons, might be using the file even though they don't show up in the global usage. Deleting the redirects would break their file reference --Steinsplitter (talk) 12:26, 21 May 2014 (UTC)
