You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

corrupted files

Autorská práva

Zdravím. Rád bych Vás ušetřil budoucího zklamání, které by mohlo být způsobeno tím, že by některé Vámi nahrané soubory mohly být smazány. Wikimedia Commons bohužel poskytuje prostor pouze pro takové obrázky, které lze zveřejnit pod volnou licencí. Obávám se, že u zápalkových nálepek z 20. století to v mnoha případech nemusí být jisté, protože vesměs půjde o autorská díla, od smrti jejichž autorů v některých případech ještě neuběhlo 70 let a tito autoři ta díla sami nezveřejnili pod volnou licencí. A bohužel nejde ani o díla trvale umístěná na veřejném prostranství, ani o úřední díla, která by z působnosti autorského práva byla vyjmuta. Pokud navíc ty nálepky označujete (nevědomky?) nepravdivě jako svá vlastní díla (dvourozměrná reprodukce dvourozměrného díla se za samostatné autorské dílo nepovažuje, a i kdyby, tak jde o dílo odvozené z díla původního), tak jim hrozí tím spíš, že je jedno někdo hromadně smaže, aniž by vůbec zkoumal, jestli autorská práva původního autora už vypršela. Takovéto sbírky je vhodnější zveřejňovat na jiných webech, které to umožňují. --ŠJů (talk) 14:13, 1 February 2020 (UTC)

Wikimedia Commons does not accept fair use content. We do this because Commons is a shared media repository. Downstream wikis have different policies based on local laws. Uses that are acceptable under US law, for example, may not be acceptable in many other countries with more restrictive rules. In addition, fair use is not compatible with our aim as a collection of freely distributable media files. Therefore, Commons cannot legally rely on fair use provisions. Non-free content that may be used with reference to fair use may be uploaded locally if your project allows this.

Vadně nahraný soubor

Zdravím. Jak jste si zřejmě také všiml, soubor File:Přívrat místo, kde zkomponoval skladbu Psohlavci.jpg se Vám nepodařilo úspěšně nahrát. Problém s nahráváním souborů větších než 5 MB se však projevuje pouze při nahrávání fotek do projektu Commons z jiného projektu, například z české Wikipedie. Pokud použijete odkaz pro nahrání přímo v projektu Commons, závada by se neměla projevovat. Zkuste tedy přejít na stránku Vaší fotografie v Commons a pomocí odkazu "Načíst novou verzi tohoto souboru" ji nahrát znovu. A dokud nebude technický problém vyřešen (bohužel se do nápravy nikdo nehrne), i další obrázky větší než 5 MB nahrávat přímo prostřednictvím odkazu a formuláře v projektu Commons. Problémy s Vámi nahranými soubory

Dobrý den. Děkuji moc, že přispíváte svými obrázky na Wikimedia Commons. Bohužel se neustále dpouštíte chyb tím, že nedostatečně popisujete soubory (například kolikpak je asi jen v České republice botanických zahrad, kde kvetou kosatce?). Rovněž stále nezařazujete své fotografie do kategorií. Pokud k této problematice máte nějaké dotazy nebo nejasnosti, prosím napište mi, rád Vám s tím poradím.
