Answer[edit]

If you created this account only to attack me personally or my work that is your personal problem and I have no intention to play your marathonic rhetorical games. You are free to propose any of my maps for deletion, but be aware that personal user opinions such is your own are never accepted as a valid reason for deletion. I have prepared scaned pages from that history atlas and I can always upload these pages and show them to administrators so that they can see that my primary source is a valid one. You're allowed to confirm that I have used this account since the 6th of July 2012 at Wikipedia, and as you may not have realized yet, that account can also be used at Wikimedia Commons. So under no circumstances was this account "created to attack you or your work". I am sorry if you somehow feel offended, but in my opinion, and as will be judged by a third party, I believe it is you who have shown unwillingness to Assume good faith by replying me the following the first thing you did: "are you relevant person to dispute their scientific authority?", in effect choosing to not Focus on content. Wikipedia also writes the following: Don't marginalize others: If you dismiss other points of view, or attempt to marginalize the people who hold them, your position may actually be the marginal one. Instead, ask sincere questions to see where the differences are and which editors are on solid ground. I believe it is important for you to realize that [constructive] criticism of your work does not equal a personal attack on you. Nevertheless, after my elaborate response to you where I offered an explanation as to why your map is inaccurate, you simply answered by deleting the whole discussion while also launching false accusations against me by writing: I should not respond to such personal attacks anyway, and on your Wikipedia page, deleted bad faith comment that contains personal attacks against me. These are false accusations abusing the policies of wikipedia and possibly qualify as Gaming the system, i.e. deliberately using Wikipedia policies and guidelines in bad faith to thwart the aims of Wikipedia. Overall, you have not been willing to comprise or discuss the matter (Wikipedia:Negotiation), instead you write the following: find somebody else to play your game, ok?. If you do have, as you write, scaned pages from that history atlas and I can always upload these pages and show them to administrators so that they can see that my primary source is a valid one, please show them to me and prove your willingness to negotiate. But please make sure that the legend of the maps is visible. In that case, you may also want to explain how your map contradicts what is actually written in the Serbia in the Middle ages article. I will be waiting for your reply, and only if I do not receive it, seek help for dispute resolution. Regards. Praxis Icosahedron (talk) 19:48, 24 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
File:Matrakçı Nasuh.jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!
