WLM monuments list of Luxembourg - Ids

Hi Platonides, you contacted me a while ago regarding the id-numbers of the lists of protected monuments in Luxembourg. The basic problem was (and still is) that there are no official id-numbers, so we simply used sequence numbers for the different pages. As there aren't too many monuments, right attribution of uploaded pictures never occured to be a problem. However, I discovered recently that the Monuments Data base you mentioned is also used for very useful tools to identify monuments on a map, and that the numbering problem resulted in only a few monumnets appearing on that map. I therefore followed your advice and gave the numbers a prefix (a number according to the alphabetic list of municipalities: 1 for Ärenzdall, 2 fir Bäerdref, 3 vor Bartreng, etc.), so that monumnets would have as an id. 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, then 2-1, then 3-1, etc. However, again, despite all monumnetns now having distinct number codes, only 100 or so (from about 750) appear on the map. It seems that the database 'ignores' any number behind the"-", so that there is only one per municipality... Could you have a look what went wrong, and what needs to be done to fix it? My technical skills are very limited I'm afraid.

As for the "coor_numm" I have no idea where it comes from; someone must have introduced it in a template at some point (I guess when the standard table was still under trial) and so it was copied here and there. If it has no meaning, but does no harm, I propose to leave it for the time being; if it should mess up sth, I could devote some time to take it out, but I'm quite busy these days. Ids valencianos

Bueno, esto se está poniendo interesante de nuevo. Parece ser que en tu herramienta del tools para consultar ids faltan las listas valencianas de ca.wiki. Por ejemplo, el código de File:Altar major de l'església de Maria Auxiliadora, Alacant.JPG no aparece a pesar de estar en ca:Llista de monuments de l'Alacantí o en otros casos aparece solo la lista de es.wiki, como en File:Voltes de l'església del convent de santa Clara de Gandia.JPG. La particularidad es que estas listas utilizan una plantilla diferente, ca:Plantilla:Filera BIC Val. Algun dia me tendré que poner a unificarlas. --V.Riullop (talk) 08:45, 2 September 2013 (UTC)

Pues lo que comentas de las fotos del santuario de Queralt, copié el enlace del auxiliar de carga. O está mal allí o yo me equivoqué en algo. Hay bastantes de este monumento... Las dos fotos que quería eliminar son File:21 Santa Magdalena del Pont d'Armentera, retaule major.jpg y File:22 Santa Magdalena del Pont d'Armentera, retaule major.jpg. Gracias por tu gestión con lo del borrado. Te comento lo de Queralt: estos días subo las fotos de dos formas, bien con el formulario de carga bien con el commonist. El primero me pone directamente los códigos y enlaces, en el segundo caso tengo que copiarlos y pegarlos yo. En todo caso, los datos salen siempre de la misma lista, creo. En este caso, dentro de esta lista, en el apartado Santuari de la Mare de Déu de Queralt.

El problema del enlace mal ha sido culpa mia. Le preparé con prisas una utilidad para generar la plantilla de forma que pueda copiarla en Commonist. En lugar de |idurl=3049%7type=BC}} deberia ser |idurl=3049|type=BC}}. Dada la promiscuidad del amigo, puede haber muchas a corregir. --V.Riullop (talk) 08:43, 4 September 2013 (UTC)

Problema en las estadísticas

Hola, Platónides.

Creo que hay un problema en las estadísticas. Veo que aparezco en la lista por número de fotos pero no aparezco en ninguna otra de las listas. Sospecho que el problema es que el programa no detecta los códigos en la plantilla "Bien catalogado", que es la que estoy usando.--Pere prlpz (talk) 21:54, 3 September 2013 (UTC)

Supongo que ya te habrás dado cuenta, pero por si acaso te dejo el mensaje. En este caso el bot ha funcionado bien, pero lo que está un poco mezclado es el significado de las categorías. Las categorías "streets in..." sirven para lo que deberían servir dos categorías diferentes: una de fotos (y edificios) clasificadas por calle, y otra de fotos mostrando calles. En el caso de esta foto le he vuelto a añadir la categoría "streets in..." porque muestra una calle, aunque la categoría de calles entendida como fotos clasificadas por calle sería redundante..

Sería complicado explicar-le todo esto a un bot, pero tampoco es muy importante.--Pere prlpz (talk) 13:42, 7 September 2013 (UTC)

Problema con las categorias

Me estoy encontrando casos en que el robot està automaticamente añadiendo una categoria innecesaria. Ver estas ediciones. Si el fichero està en "Interior of Església del Col·legi Casp-Sagrat Cor de Jesús", subcategoria de "Església del Col·legi Casp-Sagrat Cor de Jesús", subcategoria de "Cultural heritage monuments in Eixample, Barcelona", entonces no deberia añadirse "Cultural heritage monuments in Eixample, Barcelona". --Jordiferrer (talk) 13:26, 14 September 2013 (UTC)

Exacto, [3] era la solución, bien hecho. :) El bot busca que no esté ya en una subcategoría de la que añade, pero en este caso estaba en "Cultural heritage monuments in Barcelona" en vez de "Cultural heritage monuments in Eixample, Barcelona". Gracias tanto por avisar como por arreglarlo. En ocasiones sí que ha habido algún fallo de categorías que no veía (por ejemplo el mensaje de Pere más arriba). Otro caso complicado de categorías

Tenemos otro caso complicado para el bot. La Category:Torre de Jaume I está en el Raval, pero no aparece en la lista del Raval sinó en la de la Barceloneta porque está protegido en un elemento formado por dos torres, y la otra está en la Barceloneta. El bot no lo sabe y añade a las fotos la categoría incorrecta de monumentos de la Barceloneta.--Pere prlpz (talk) 20:51, 22 September 2013 (UTC)

Diría que es más complicado que esto, porque con el mismo código puede ser la Category:Torre de Jaume I pero también la Category:Torre de Sant Sebastià, que son las dos torres catalogadas como un solo monumento y que se encuentran en barrios diferentes.--Pere prlpz (talk) 21:43, 23 September 2013 (UTC)

Hi Platonides, thank you for the pointer. The problem is that, as you may know, in Italy we need authorisations to have the monuments on our lists and to participate in WLM. None of those monuments are on the list (I have asked Emma which follows WLM-IT). Descargar imágenes de una categoría

estoy intentando descargar las imágenes de la Category:Images from Wiki Takes Mollerussa pero no lo consigo. Sin poner ningún parámetro, aparece este mensaje de error al final de la pantalla:

Arabic numerals

Hello, I put some numbers in the survey so they would automatically be translated into other languages (such as arabic) so eg. [6] shows

• ٢٠١٠
• ٢٠١١
• ٢٠١٢

instead of

• 2010
• 2011
• 2012

but seeing roman years in the translated messages [7] I wonder if that was right. How are years written in arabic? Also, should the numbers leading the questions in arabic numerals or in roman?

Hello, ٢٠١٠ - ٢٠١١ - ٢٠١٢ are not arabic transcriptions, they are indians. Arabic numerals are 1 2 3 4 ... Some arab countries use indian numerals instead of arabic ones but the right form is to use arabic numerals (2012, 2011, 2012...).

Soy usuario de es.wiki, pero me gusta colaborar cuando pueda.

En wikimedia Commons, últimamente he estado desarrollando imágenes vectoriales .svg en Inkscape, más específicamente trazados de autódromos. Cada día me salen mejor (modestia al margen). Todo comenzó con la creación del artículo es.wiki del Autódromo de concepción del Uruguay, que tampoco tenía una imagen. Después hice otros como los del Galvez de Bs. As. Luego me topé con una política :

Entonces comencé a reemplazar los viejos archivos. No propuse el borrado, ya que no veo el veneficio. No obstante, en la fr.wiki, revirtieron los cambios, aduciendo mala calidad y que los trazados, al igual que los png, gif y jpg, están echos en español. Yo dije que los circuitos de habla hispana deben ir en español, pero desarrolle archivos de circuitos franceses e italianos en sus correspondientes idiomas (Te dejo mis trabajos para que los veas). Los circuitos son calcados sobre imágenes aéreas (si no cuento con la imagen aérea, no lo hago), permitiendo una definición elevada, es más, el ancho del trazado es proporcional al circuito, si la pista se ensancha, queda reflejado en el dibujo. Para no entrar en una guerra de ediciones en la fr.wiki, propuse para el borrado los archivos en cuestión y fueron conservados por estar en uso (en uso, a partir de reversiones). Sigo siendo partidario de conservarlos, pero este es un caso especial. Estos archivos están en uso en más de 500 artículos y en más de 15 idiomas y me lo han agradecido, pero los únicos disconformes y sin base, son los franceses. Desde ya te pido disculpas por abusar de tu gentileza y estoy a tu disposición para lo que gustes.

Gustavo Girardelli image replacement

Hi,

I noticed Gustavo Girardelli has replaced automobile circuits schema by new ones, overwriting the former ones.

On File:Circuit Buenosaires.png, it has been reverted by a contributor, but reverted the revert.

Could you invite him to upload them to separate files? I don't speak Spanish and want to suggest to him to only overwrite when slightly improving a picture, and upload under a new name, using see also description fields, in other cases.

I were looking for a Spanish-speaking contributor, picking one in the administrators by language list, and I see you've already interacted with him.

Creo que no comprendes: Todas las imágenes que he cambiado, tienen su nueva versión .svg creadas por mí, yo no reemplazo imágenes que no tienen alternativas.

Yo creé File:Autódromo Mar y Valle (svg).svg y no cambié el viejo archivo, dicho sea de paso de muy mala calidad, File:Autódromo Mar y Valle.jpg ni pedí que se lo borrara, ni nada, no me importa que esté el archivo .jpg y este es solo UN ejemplo, podes mirar en muchos otros.

Everytime you change the color, shape, add text, or change the image main aspects, this is a derivative work and so you have to upload as a a new file. This is exactly the goal of the field other_versions by the way: identify the different versions of a work.

Plantilla BIC

Hola Platonides, tengo un problemilla con la plantilla BIC y creo que entiendes algo de esto, que para mí es chino (te he visto como usuiario en Tool labs en "heritage", que parece es la herramienta que usa la plantilla).

He usado la plantilla en Category:Las Higueruelas fossil site, pero aparentemente no funciona en este caso, pues no devuelve nada. He comprobado el código BIC en la web del Ministerio de Cultura [9] buscando por "Alcolea de Calatrava" y me devuelve el "RI-55-000236" en la ficha del yacimiento (relamente "(A.R.I.) - 55 - 0000236 - 00000", pero he probado todas las combinaciones). Entiendo que puede ser problema de la base de datos del Ministerio y no de la plantilla, que funciona perfectamente en otros casos, pero no tengo ni idea de cómo solucionarlo, no sé si hay alguna tabla de datos intermedia en este proceso. ¿Tienes tú alguna idea?, un saludo y gracias de antemano, --PePeEfe (talk) 11:43, 10 November 2014 (UTC)

Hola Platonides, muchas gracias por las aclaraciones, efectivamente no me había dado cuenta de la "sutileza" del ARI/RI. Ya he corregido el código en el anexo de Wikipedia y en la categoría de Commons, y supongo que volverá a funcionar a partir de las 3:00 UTC. Estatus de tus permisos administrador en Spanish Wikiversity

¡Hola! En 2013, la comunidad adoptó por consenso una regla para eliminar los "permisos avanzados" (administradores, burócratas, bibliotecarios etc.). Para cumplir con la nueva política, los stewards están evaluando la actividad de los usuarios con estos permisos en las wikis sin una política de inactividad interna.

Puesto que no has realizado ediciones y no tienes acciones en el registro en la mencionada wiki en los dos últimos años cumples con los criterios globales de inactividad, que deben aplicarse en la ausencia de una política interna.

Si deseas mantener tus permisos, informa a la comunidad de la wiki de que has recibido este mensaje sobre tu inactividad. Si la comunidad, tras un debate, llega al consenso de que mantengas los permisos, por favor deja una solicitud en m:Stewards' noticeboard con un enlace a la página de discusión relevante.

Si prefieres renunciar a los permisos, responde aquí o en solicita la retirada de los permisos en Meta.

Si no hay ninguna respuesta después de aproximadamente un mes, los stewards procederán a remover tus derechos como administrador o burócrata. En casos ambiguos, los stewards evaluarán las respuestas y dejarán que la comunidad local los comente y revise. Si tiene alguna pregunta, por favor contacte los stewards. Platonides (talk Lo que pasa es que en estos dos archivos https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Mazatlan_1.webm y https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Mazatlan_2.webm el usuario EugeneZelenko me quiere borrar los archivos porque segun violo los derechos de autor en la música pero ya estuvimos discutiendo (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Deletion_requests/Files_uploaded_by_Williams_Osuna) y le dije que la música provenía de Youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p7ZsBPK656s que no tiene copyright y como nose inglés todo lo traducía y me dijo que contactara a un administrador que hable el español, me ayudas? Revisé el archivo y me encontré con que está enlazado desde varias wikis. Va a ser una pena tener que borrar el archivo. Lamentablemente no existe fuente alguna ni nada para corroborar que la imagen está en PD.
