Hello I am a Photography teacher and in summer school a design and drawing instructor. My students are aware that I am posting their work online. I also have parent permission to post their work online. I try to avoid posting photographs of minors due to the predatory nature of the Internet. I do think it is safe to post the drawings and photographs that are not portrait in nature. I have tried to have the students create their own wikipedia account, but this has met with great resistance from the school computer lab which only lets a few children register a day before the filter kicks in and blocks the rest of the class from registering. I am posting the work of my students that they can edit them at home. Please tell me what I need to do to make sure that the students are protected. Should I not use their real name and instead use a pseudonym? Please advise. Also I am greatly confused by all of the tags for copyrighting and would like the students to retain as much rights as possible. As you can see the work is usually very raw and should be open to others who wish to do variation upon it. Thank you for your assistance. James Gaier
