Hi and hallo, MuM would be very grateful to receive some informations about what kind of informations you received from his stalker via eM .... MuM is very upset about this kind of secret trial where MuM is not able to defend himself against accusations he has never been confronted with. Ein wesentliches Prinzip des Rechtsstaates ist, dass Anklagen und Verhandlungen öffentlich erfolgen und dass der Angeklagte sich verteidigen kann. Wenn er nicht weiß, was gegen ihn vorgebracht wird, kann er sich nicht verteidigen. --Potsdamergänzer (talk) 17:11, 26 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Das ist richtig. Aber erstens ist die WP kein Rechtsstaat, zweitens ist eine CU-Anfrage keine Anklage, und drittens wird eine solche in aller Regel öffentlich gestellt. Ausnahmen gibt es nur, wenn der Persönlichkeitsschutz oder ähnliches dem entgegensteht, und in solchen Fällen tagen selbst ordentliche Gerichte nicht öffentlich.
Um was geht es Dir eigentlich? Niemand hat Dir etwas nicht öffentlich vorgeworfen, zumindest nicht mir gegenüber. Der Vorwurf der unerlaubten Verwendung von Sockenpuppen erfolgte öffentlich, darüber hinaus wurde mir auch nicht-öffentlich kein Vorwurf mitgeteilt.
