@Yuval Y: Please double check if it does. The source says it is CC3, click more on the vimeo page, look at bottom of the pop-up, notice the grey license icons.--❣Paseyn msg 20:18, 25 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Yuval Y: The video clip is licenses as CC3 as the source describes. Have you checked its license before deleting this image?.--❣Paseyn msg 20:19, 25 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
It's a commercial for Oyunda Kal. There's another commercial on the page which is uploaded to youtube. The website claims Şahenk © COPYRIGHT 2015, Darüşşafaka Doğuş Basketbol. Well? --Yuval Y § Chat § 20:23, 25 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
The clip has been made by 25 Film and they've released it as CC3 without Share Alike trait. So anyone can change its license with respect to attribution. --❣Paseyn msg 20:27, 25 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Can you really prove the videoclip was made by 25 Film, and not just uploaded by them? Not to mention that on youtube the commercial was published on August 2nd 2016 While on viemo it was published One month ago. Yuval Y § Chat § 20:34, 25 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
It's a known production company in Turkey and you may call and ask them. Looks like they released as CC after its job has been done.--❣Paseyn msg 20:41, 25 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Think about it - you make a movie, which is copyrighted by you, and you want to gain some profit of it. You publish it online, while claiming it's copyrighted. Few months later, someone uploads your movie, to another website, claiming there's no copyrights on the movie, without mentioning you as the creator, or maybe even without bothering to talk with you. Who owns the copyrights to the movie? What would you do when you find out your movie had been released 'freely'? What would you do when you find out someone had been using a screen capture from the movie, claiming that since it was published on 'free licence' he can do whatever he wants? --Yuval Y § Chat § 20:47, 25 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The ones who made the movie has released it. Check 25 Film's history, there are old movie clips, some as old as five. Maybe I -the ones who post the clip with C- licensed the clip from the company for two years. I don't care about that. I don't need to. With the following link and the similar searches, you can see that the company -25 Films- made those movie clips. http://www.otomobilport.com.tr/gulse-birsel-hem-yazdi-hem-oynadi/ --❣Paseyn msg 20:53, 25 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading File:İbrahim Kutluay - oyundakal.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.

Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own).

Turkey[edit]

In 2019, the position of Prime Minister will be abolished. But before that, the enlarged powers of the president who can now lead a party and become a member of it have entered into force. As well as the right to appoint judges, university rectors, etc. --Panam2014 (talk) 19:57, 9 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

This doesn't make it Presidential system. Yes the president can now be a party leader, this doesn't change the fact that the form of government is Parliamentary republic.--❣Paseyn msg 21:09, 9 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
In no country in the world, a ceremonial president heads the ruling party. On the other hand, we can put in a semi-presidential election until 2019. But it should be noted that the map reflects the de facto aspect and not de jure. --Panam2014 (talk) 00:18, 10 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Friendly advice[edit]

Hi. Please learn a little bit how to make categorization in Commons before you revert the edits of users more experienced than yourself. We are not expecting thanks from you for correcting your mistakes but please try to be more co-operative. --E4024 (talk) 12:39, 5 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Please add a changelog to your edits yourself first.--❣Paseyn msg 12:39, 5 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
You have a similar categorization mistake in File:Gökçe Özyol.jpg but this time I will not intervene; I guess you know better now how to do these things. Anything you think I may be of help, please don't hesitate to ask. --E4024 (talk) 14:45, 13 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Category:Atilla Taş is included in Category:Male Vocalists from Turkey, so adding that here is overcategorization. Repeatedly reverting edits without discussion is bad practice and continuing to force over categorization can lead to your being blocked from editing. .     Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 13:04, 5 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, maybe it would be better if the experienced user User:E4024 would include this after the first revert, or better; in his/her first edit.--❣Paseyn msg 13:08, 5 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Unblock request declined

This blocked user asked to be unblocked, but one or more administrators has reviewed and declined this request. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked. Other administrators can also review this block, but should not override the decision without discussion.

Request reason: "I reverted in goodfaith, the change I reverted did not have any changelog, I even mentioned that in the talk page. The other user User:E4024 did message me but even in the message he/she did not write why he/she was insisting on the change, he/she threatened me about getting blocked and told me I should respect what more experienced users do without explaining what I did wrong, (Wikipedia: Please do not bite the newcomers) but I got blocked? That is unbelievable. Please unblock me and block User:E4024"
Decline reason: "You were blocked for edit-warring, which you unambiguously were ([1], [2], [3], [4]). COM:BLOCK requires an understanding of the issue and a credible commitment to discontinue. Your request, conversely, is disingenuous (e.g., "Vandalism: Undo revision 257746078 by E4024 " [5] and "Vandalism is not appreciated" [6] are not "goodfaith") and premised on OTHERSTUFF (how E4024 should have behaved and how that should or should not have been handled is irrelevant; this is a block related to your misbehaviour.) You've shown no understanding of the issue or commitment to discontinue. Эlcobbola talk 15:18, 6 September 2017 (UTC)"[reply]

For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.

The file you added may soon be deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please replace the copyvio tag with {{subst:OP}} and have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you disagree that the file is a copyright violation for any other reason, please replace the copyvio tag with a regular deletion request.

  • This file is a copyright violation for the following reason: Urheber und Rechteinhaber offensichtlich nicht mit Hochlader identisch
Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

File:Tuvana Türkay 2016.jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!

Telif haklarına uygun dosyalar her zaman Commons'ta yer alabilir. Saygılarımla, Sakhalinio (talk) 15:36, 25 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading File:Gizem Karaca 2023.jpeg.

The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Gizem Karaca 2023.jpeg]]) and the above demanded information in your request.

Could you please check the videos license on vimeo.com, as I've added the license, its CCv3. People often miss the vimeo's license badge. ❣Paseyn msg 22:11, 22 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Ofcourse I checked first. Copyrights belong to Disney or film production. This is 25 Film? You need to verify this and where does it say usage permissions? You also uploaded other files. Regards, Gadir (talk) 22:19, 22 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Rica ediyorum mesaj sayfama bakın isterseniz, bir çok kez bu muhabbet oldu. Video oynarken "More"a basın orada yazıyor CCv3 olduğu.
