First steps tutorial

Our first steps tour and our frequently asked questions will help you a lot after registration. They explain how to customize the interface (for example the language), how to upload files and our basic licensing policy (Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content).

You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold when contributing and assume good faith when interacting with others. This is a wiki.

Getting help

More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump.

Goodies, tips, and tricks
  • Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities.
  • You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads.
  • Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
  • To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
  • You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.
  • There are several tools to upload files.
  • Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful.
Made a mistake?
  • Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it.

我剛才在對Category:Jiang Biwei整理分類時，發現中文維基百科名為「蔣碧微」這篇文章有問題。我不擅於審查文章，但我知道你在中文維基百科有寫很多篇文章，因此我相信你具備審查文章的能力，所以我想請你協助。

請看蔣碧微的生平，雖然她是作家，但是生平的介紹盡是她的情人—— 徐悲鴻。正常來說，生平應當是以介紹蔣碧微的角度去寫，不會將那些屬於別人的事也寫進來，比如徐悲鴻留學，黃孟圭邀請徐悲鴻畫油畫，徐悲鴻定居上海教書，徐悲鴻到國外舉辦展覽 …… 等等這些，看起來都是徐悲鴻自己的事。如果這當中真的與蔣碧微生平有關，那麼目前文章的撰寫方式需要調整。

我無意冒犯寫這篇生平的作者，只是我人在 Commons 對Category:Jiang Biwei整理分類，需要有資料可以參考，因此我對中文維基百科來說，身份上其實是讀者，無法對他們置喙。基於這種理由，我暫時不放置Category:Female writers from China。因為就我來看，她的生平幾乎沒有介紹關於作家，這不得不令人感到懷疑。--125.230.86.247 12:29, 27 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
