Could you please provide more information on the subject of Image:DSCF1388.jpg? Is it a photograph or a painting? Who made the original? What is it's originals copyright? Although you may have taken the photograph of this photograph/painting, your photo has the same copyright as the work you took a picture of. ~MDD4696 21:19, 19 October 2006 (UTC)

the photograph was taken from a book (author anonymous) written on 1907. probably the original photograph was a press photograph from "el mercurio de valparaiso" although it was not consignated on the book. ~Nuevededos
