escudos

Ben está que subas a Commons o que che veña en gana, pero se subes adaptacións libres non as poñas no lugar do escudo oficial. Non é correcto andar con subterfuxios. E categorízaos ben, caramba, que non custa tanto e non ten que andar sempre a xente detrás túa a categorizar correctamente. Un saúdo. --Estevoaei (talk) 18:16, 6 January 2018 (UTC)

Os escudos oficiais, como os dos concellos, están descritos en publicacións oficiais, como o DOG, e as imaxes son adaptacións dese deseño oficial. Os escudos de equipos deportivos son unívocos, dado que son marcas rexistradas dunha empresa ou asociación deportiva, e non son interpretables ou modificables. Se o que subes é para uso propio, non o engadas en artigos de forma incorrecta.
As correccións, xa sexa en artigos ou en categorías ou onde for, fanse de boa gana, pero xeralmente a xente ten vontade de aprender, autoavaliarse e autocorrixirse para facilitar as tarefas, que niso consiste o proxecto Wiki, en construír entre moitas persoas en colaboración. --Estevoaei (talk) 00:36, 7 January 2018 (UTC)
Repito: Os escudos de equipos deportivos son unívocos, dado que son marcas rexistradas dunha empresa ou asociación deportiva, e non son interpretables ou modificables; tanto ten que sexan adaptacións dos escudos dos concellos ou simplemente o nome do equipo estilizado. Se fas variantes, xa non son o escudo do equipo, senón variantes, e non é correcto incluílos no artigo correspondente.
Eu fago correccións de boa gana, oq ue me amola é ter que facer sempre as mesmas correccións porque as persoas non teñen vontade de aprender. Por exemplo: cal é o teu problema coa ortografía? Por que teimas en escribir con erros de redacción, gramaticais, de acentuación...? Aburre ter que corrixir sempre erros de ortografía da mesma persoa. Os artigos de industria naval non me entusiasman, e podo corrixir algún por militancia co proxecto Wiki e para evitar que a xente que consulta os artigos vexa chapuzas, pero ao vixésimo artigo cos mesmos erros, un acaba por cansar.
E o mesmo pasa coas categorías en Commons. Calquera persoa pode modificar as categorías ás que pertence unha imaxe, ao igual que calquera persoa pode modificar as categorías ás que pertence un artigo na Wikipedia. Pero ti segues poñendo categorías xenéricas en vez de concretas; por exemplo, para File:Karbo Deportivo A Coruña.svg ‎puxeches "Category:A Coruña e Category:Fútbol, cando o concreto sería Category:Sports in A Coruña e Category:Association football clubs in Galicia; para File:Fútbol Sala Catabois Ferrol Fútbol Sala.svg ‎puxeches Category:Ferrol e Category:Fútbol, cando o correcto sería Category:Sports in Ferrol e Category:Futsal in Spain respectivamente.
E sempre o mesmo, sempre o mesmo, sempre o mesmo. Por que teimas en non indicar a orixe da información no resumo da edición ou na páxina de conversa cando creas artigos en gl:wiki? Aburres. Aburres moitísimo. --Estevoaei (talk) 13:44, 7 January 2018 (UTC)
Por que motivo me cambias de tema? Eu pregúntoche por cousas que fas ti ou deixas de facer, e ti fálasme do que fan terceiras persoas. Fáloche de casos puntuais e concretos, e ti sáesme con asuntos vagos e xenéricos que descoñezo, sen concretarme exemplos. Así mal podo axudar.
E por que fas reproches sen saber do tema? Se queres revisa as miñas contribucións en páxinas de conversa doutras persoas para saber se vexo ou non vexo a palla no ollo alleo.
Eu non son detective que ando a pescudar onde mete a zoca cada quen, e moito menos en Commons. De vez en cando reviso os cambios recentes na gl:wiki, da que a comunidade me elixiu administrador, e se vexo que se sube un escudo dun equipo deportivo que non se corresponde co real, pois retíroo. E se vexo que ese escudo en Commons ten categorías xenéricas, pois procuro modificarllas e darlle categorías correctas.
É curioso que me fales de desvergonza porque o o caso é o contrario; teño bastante vergoña, dáme moita vergoña que a xente entre na Wikipedia en lingua galega e vexa chapuzas ou incorreccións, por iso intento que haxa as menos posibles. Se precisas axuda con algún asunto concreto, avisa e intentarei botar unha man. Teño fe neste proxecto colaborativo, e como che dixen hai non moito tempo moitas das túas achegas son valiosas. Que vos pasa? Estamos todos traballando, vemos o que facemos cada un e os erros dos demais, agora cómpre ver os erros propios e o que os demais fan ben. Podemos ter diferenzas de opinión e percepción, pero falemos as cousas con calma e construtivamente, tentando mellorar para o futuro e pensando no ben común. Si, decateime diso, pero a pesares deses cambios iso non é válido porque é demasiado parecida e entón considérase unha obra obra derivada, e esas obras non se poden facer se a obra orixinal ten dereitos de autor, a non ser que se teña permiso do autor, claro. Non sei se hai outras así, pero esas pode que tamén estean mal, dime o nome dos ficheiros e revísoas.
A bandeira de Ferrol que indicas non ten ese problema porque é unha obra derivada deste ficheiro, File:Escudo de Ferrol 2.svg, que é do mesmo autor e que ten licenza libre. Saúdos, --Elisardojm (talk) 23:08, 2 June 2018 (UTC)
Dime de onde está baseado o escudo do concello de Ferrol, e se é obra derivada dunha obra con dereitos de autor solicitarei o seu borrado por copyvio.
Se queres facer a bandeira da Guarda o que tes que facer é poñer o escudo que está no artigo, que é libre. A versión que fixeches do escudo da Guarda, se non indicas unha fonte libre no que estea baseado, é unha obra derivada dunha obra con dereitos de autor e haberá que borrala. É igual que estea en centos de webs, non podes copiar ese escudo nin facer obras derivadas del porque ten dereitos de autor. O que podes facer é debuxar un escudo seguindo a definición heráldica, iso é o que se fixo co escudo que está no artigo. E ese escudo é tan oficial coma o outro porque segue a definición heráldica. Bandeira de Ferrol

Boas tardes: Podería explicar por que cre que a bandeira de Ferrol é un copyvio? Ademáis paréceme moi pouco cortés marcar o arquivo (feito hai case tres anos) para eliminación sen ter falado antes comigo ou, polo menos abrir tema na páxina de discusión correspondente. Pregunta sobre o ficheiro de Estrella Galicia

Boas Nemigo, quería facerche unha pregunta sobre o ficheiro do logo de Estrella Galicia porque non me lembro dun detalle. Ese ficheiro tiña o marcador "PD-textlogo", non si? Pregúntoche porque hoxe aceptaron a consulta de borrado que había sobre ese ficheiro, cousa coa que discordo, pero ó mesmo tempo rexeitaron a consulta de Commons:Deletion requests/File:Logo PPG.svg, que basicamente ten os mesmos elementos que o logo de Estrella Galicia, texto e formas xeométricas simples. Se me confirmas que o teu ficheiro tiña ese marcador, que penso que si debía ter, solicitarei a recuperación do ficheiro ou, polo menos, tratarei de conseguir un consenso en Commons respecto a este tema, que eu creo que debe ser o de manter este tipo de ficheiros.
