Welcome[edit]

Hello Dr. Styner. I wanted to personally welcome you, because I see that you've made some excellent contributions both here and at Wikipedia. The kinds of medical images and diagrams you've added are in high demand. I'm an experienced Wikipedia and Commons editor, so if you have questions or need help with anything, feel free to reach out.

By the way, could you upload an original version of File:MSC differentiation to MAT.jpg, such as a TIFF or SVG? I'd like to make some small changes like adding a transparent background. Guanaco (talk) 19:43, 25 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! Thanks for your message. I will locate the original image for the MSC differentiation to MAT so that this can be added. Thanks and best regards, M. Styner — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mstyner (talk • contribs) 19:51, 25 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

As a courtesy to other editors, it is Commons:Signatures policy to sign your posts on talk pages, user talk pages, deletion requests, and noticeboards. To do so, simply add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of your comments. Your user name or IP address (if you are not logged in) and the date will then automatically be added along with a timestamp when you save your comment. Signing your comments helps people to find out who said something and provides them with a link to your user/talk page (for further discussion). Thank you.

Thank you for your help with the figure. Was the tiff version adequate? Thank you very much! Mstyner (talk) 20:26, 25 July 2017 (UTC))[reply]

The TIFF was very helpful in making a transparent version. If you have the original in a vector drawing format (Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, etc.) that would be even better. Then if you upload it as an SVG we can modify and translate your work into other languages most easily. We have a page with information about this at Help:SVG. Thanks I will look and see if I can locate the original. Thanks for the help thus far and best regards--Mstyner (talk) 21:38, 25 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
