I'm sorry but you didn't see I changed my vote before the end (so only 11 support). And I forgot to indicate clearly my opposition (so 4 oppose)... So it mustn't be a featured picture! Could you change that? I don't know the procedure... Thank you.

- Hi! Please count again. With your support excluded there are 12 supporting votes and with your vote changed to oppose there would be 4 opposing votes. A featured picture is elected with a 2/1 majority. So with 12 support (or as you say 11) and 3 oppose (including yours 4) there are more than twice as much supporting votes than opposing. => Changing your vote (which I haven't counted) does not change the fact that the picture is a featured one. --Mglanznig 20:18, 7 June 2006 (UTC)

coat of arms[edit]
hello Mglanznig, thank you for your message. As far as I know, old coat of arms are in the public domain. However, if it is an individual drawing that for example you have completely creaetd out of scratch without any help (Vorlage), and it is not in public use, then you can claim a license for it. However if an image was converted from a png. format to an svg., then the license of the previous image has to be used, or something more open, but not a license that is more strict, since this is only a conversion of the format, not a complete redrawing of the image itself. But I am not legal expert on this, but this is what my thoughts are on this topic, I hoped it helped a bit....
