Заливки с putin.kremlin.ru и 20.kremlin.ru

Доброй ночи! У меня к Вам есть предложение по перезаливке фотографий Владимира Путина с низкого разрешения на высокое - так например, на сайте Путин. 20 лет есть фото- и видеоматериалы, которые до 2019 года нигде не публиковались и пылились на полке. К слову, деятельность Владимира Путина на Викискладе в период с июня 2002 по май 2008 года намного слабее освещена, чем декабрь 1999-май 2002 года, сюда по количеству иллюстраций. Кроме того, есть и персональный сайт Владимира Путина с более чем 7,5 тысячами фотографиями высокого разрешения (с августа 2015 года стандартный размер 5000x3333, что в 2,5 раза больше основного домена Kremlin.ru после редизайна в апреле того же года).

Всего же в альбоме Путин. 20 лет более 3,5 тысяч фотографий и 300 видеороликов - первая часть за 1999-2004 годы опубликована 30 декабря 2019 года, последняя - 13 февраля 2020 года. При этом будьте внимательны с лицензированием - текущая лицензией сайта Президента России является CC BY 4.0, но если же материал имеется на основном сайте и опубликован до 8 апреля 2015 года, то также применяется CC BY 3.0. Спасибо. Интересно. Ссылка для меня недоступна в данный момент (тайм-аут), посмотрю потом. В целом, я стараюсь работать с отдельными востребованными фотографиями. Да, наиболее используемые фотографии с kremlin.ru периода 1999-2019 годов должны быть найдены и заменены на фотографии высокого разрешения в том числе и из дочерних сайтов, которые я назвал. Между тем, заливка материалов с 20.kremlin.ru началась только в прошлом году - АндрейХьюстон перезалил часть фотографий, загруженных Russavia в конце 2000-х годов. При этом до того, как спросил его об источнике фотографий, я не знал, что на сайте Кремля можно найти высококачественнные исторические фото.
Уникальность этого проекта заключается не только в том, что часть материалов опубликована впервые, но и отсутствующие в фотоархивах ТАСС и РИА Новости (между тем, Russian Rocky активно работает с {{RIA-image}}). Сейчас я выдвинул фотографию первой инаугурации президента Путина на статус ценной иллюстрации, поскольку уже сейчас многие историки считают, что 7 мая 2000 года - день начала новой эпохи в истории России.
К слову, год назад Visualrian обновился и стал РИА Новости Медиабанком, переехав на домен riamediabank.ru. Кроме того, ревизия над файлами, предоставленными РИА в 2011-2012 годах, должна включать в себя не только замену ссылок, но и перезаливку фотографий в высоком разрешении, но только в случае регистрации участника Викисклада на данном ресурсе. Так например, я перезалил фотографию РИА, загруженную Дмитрием Медведевым, а также портрет генпрокурора России Юрия Скуратова.
Между тем, я решил заняться реанимацией проекта Архивы от Викимедиа РУ, добавив сюда изображения из фотоархива издательского дома Коммерсантъ, а в обозримом будущем и из фотохроники ТАСС - в 2014-2016 годах при поддержке ВТБ значительная часть фотоархива была восстановлена и увидела свет впервые. В плане персоналий и событий нужно делать упор на статьи без свободных изображений с наибольшим количеством интервик, а также популярных статьях об умерших персоналиях на примере Бориса Березовского - свободную фотографию одного из самых опальных олигархов 1990-х годов миллионы читателей Википедии по всему миру ждут годами. @Materialscientist Мне здесь просто важно узнать о том, какой файл с Kremlin.ru чаще всего встречается в проектах Фонда Викимедиа. Также ещё интересно, какие файлы были загружены до 3 октября 2008 года, когда было получено письменное разрешение от пресс-секретаря Дмитрия Медведева Натальи Тимаковой - шаблон {{Kremlin.ru}} существует с осени 2005 года.
Кроме того, через три месяца будут выборы и я занимаюсь активизацией перевода российских сайтов на свободные лицензии. Сейчас я отправил обращение в МВД и Минспорта России и спустя месяц ответа так и не получил (по законам РФ ответ должен быть в течение 30 дней).
Также уже два года думаю над переводом сайта Александра Лукашенко на свободную лицензию - многочисленные обращения к белорусским коллегам не помогли. Тем более что в случае с белорусским президентским сайтом есть явный повод - фотоархив с 1994 года и здесь можно найти фотографии визитов российских политиков в ранние годы, а также Евгения Примакова и Владимира Путина в должности премьер-министров России. Плюс ещё важно и то, что снимки 1990-2000-х годов, в отличие от Kremlin.ru, выложены в высоком разрешении 1920x1080, а также недавние визиты белорусского президента в страны Африки южнее Сахары, которых не посещали ни Ельцин, ни Путин, ни Медведев. Белорусская тематика в русской Википедии очень сильно развита, но требует иллюстраций, а свободные фотографии белорусских политиков берутся практически всегда с российских правительственных сайтов, будто это президент, правительство России или Госдума и Совет Федерации. Сайт президента Армении

Добрый день! У меня к Вам есть предложение поучаствовать в заливке материалов с сайта президента Армении, так как два года назад он стал полностью свободным (по лицензии CC-BY-SA 3.0). Потенциал при этом огромный - полный архив президентства Сержа Саргсяна, Армена Саркисяна и Ваагна Хачатуряна. К примеру, я загрузил отсюда фотографии шествий Бессмертного полка в Ереване, инаугурации Сержа Саргсяна 2008 и 2013 годов, церемонию закрытия Евроигр-2019, послов России в Армении Вячеслава Коваленко и Ивана Волынкина.

При этом в 2012 году была запущена новая версия сайта и чтобы загружать изображения без вотермарка, необходимо ставить пробел и маленькую b в адресе страницы. (https://president.am/files/pics/2015/09/14/13147_b.jpg для File:Serzh_Sargsyan_in_Tajikistan_September_2015-11.jpg). Watermarks (again)

Dear Materialscientist, thanks for helping me out the last time removing the watermarks. Now I found a huge stack of watermarked files (over 700) which made me wondering on how to proceed and read the Watermarks policy. There it says that according to the WMF legal staff, removing watermarks might put the remover at legal risk as it is prohibited by some US and German law. A German court even ruled against removing watermarks. I do not want you to get into trouble for some nonsense as what you do is in good faith and of the files you removed the watermarks often exist better versions without the watermarks already on commons. The stack I found is here (over 700 files). I don't know what to do with it, in my opinion we could keep the files to provide the world with the knowledge that such paintings were painted. Почтовые марки Узбекистана

Добрый вечер! У меня к Вам просьба помочь с полной заливкой узбекских почтовых марок на Викисклад (их около 1,6 тысячи штук) - многие из них есть в высоком качестве на официальном сайте почты Узбекистана, где приведён их полный перечень с 1992 года. Также ещё нужна работа над категоризацией файлов, их распределению по годам по образцу с российскими почтовыми марками, а также переделать шаблон {{Stamps of Uzbekistan by year}} под {{Stamps of Russia by year}}. Я регулярно заливаю марки всех стран на викислад, но только те которые реально использовать в статьях. Я знаю про uz.post и не вижу большого смысла в архировке их сайта на викисладе - разрешение там не всегда высокое, и единственная польза в заливке - улучшенный поиск и категоризация. Между тем, я залил все марки за 2000 год в высоком разрешении, а также за 2020 год. В целом же проблема касается марок многих постсоветских государств - по Таджикистану необходимо активно работать, учитывая то, что здесь многие марки в крайне низком качестве, но это уже несколько другая история.
