And a newer more reliable book Balyuzi, H.M. (1973) The Báb: The Herald of the Day of Days, Oxford, UK: George Ronald, pp. p. 16 ISBN 0853980489 reproduces this image and states "Hájí Siyyid Kázim-i-Rashtí - This photograph was mistakenly identified as one of the Báb by Nicolas in his book Seyyed Ali Mohammed dit le Báb." I do have a reliable source. A source that is from 1973, and not an online source from the late 1800s. The newer source is more reliable since it actually references the old source and says its wrong. Buy the hardcover book that I am referring to, and you will see it. Help in translation

Hi. My name is Giorgio and I'm from Italy even if I'm living in Poland. Me and other guys we are working on scanning and releasing on Commons the personal archive of an italian admiral of the italian royal navy. And, amid all his material, we found this award (Image:Arabic.jpg) that is written in arabic fonts. I already asked to an egyptian commonist and he suggested me that the langugae doesn't seem arabic but persian. What do you think about it? Can you translate it or can you find somebody able to translate it? I'm really lost but I just to make understandable to all a piece of history. Hi & thanks for the work you are doing here. It may just be me but can you leave in the existing content of the pages so that they can be checked easily rather than overwriting it? Bathrooms

Hi, I see that you are very productive overhere. I have a question about the definition of a bathroom. As far as I know, a bathroom is a separate room where one or two persons can take a bath in an isolated, private fashion. My impression is from your bathroom pictures is that it concerns some sort of public bathing places, which has probably another name. What do you think ? --Foroa (talk) 15:40, 8 August 2008 (UTC)

Dear Foroa thanks for your interest . as matter of it is not exactly the bathroom but i haven't seen anyother word for such places in english.

in persian we call it as "Garmabeh" which "hot water" ! such bath rooms are very traditional and as you saw in those image they are the last one in my city. and i have took the some days before destroying it.but i heard in some other cities of iran we still have them.i will try to get more image about that.BTW if you need any further information feel free to ask --Mardetanha talk 15:53, 8 August 2008 (UTC)

I checked and indeed, as you can read in en:Public bathing, this exist(ed) in all countries. They are classified mostly under category:Baths by country although most pictures concern the external building (a problem with most pictures here). I don't know if you have a special word for it (as you have Hammams, Sauna's etc...). I created Category:Baths in Iran for you. --Foroa (talk) 16:23, 8 August 2008 (UTC)

You are welcome Mardetanha. To me, in the baths cat, you have public bath houses which contain a number of smaller private bathing places, possibly combined with some sort of public swimming pool, so that corresponds with your pictures from Zanjan. I donot understand why i recieved a message a deletion of my uploaded content, please explain. I Understand the purpose of wikimedia Commons, I was intending on adding basic information on the graphic before i added them. I ran into some technical dificultly when i uploaded the images.

Why has this image been deleted [1]? The page it was used on in Wikipedia [2] is on my watchlist but there was no warning there that there was a problem until it disappeared. The deletion log says "In category Unknown - No timestamp given; not edited for 121 days". If the information exists, it will be on the original Wikipedia page, but I do not know how to get to that, I just get redirected to Commons. The original uploader has left Wikipedia according to his talk page so cannot be asked for information. Please undo your deletion, and please read the description of images before you delete it. This is the second time this image has been deleted from Commons after happily existing on Wikipedia for several years. It was moved automatically with out my knowledge, now deleted AGAIN without my knowledge.

I assumed it was automated because the reason given was "no timestamp given," yet the date is right there. I can even see it in the deletion log! As I said, it was uploaded years ago onto Wikipedia with all of the required information with the relevant templates. I fail to understand the rationale given for deleting this image: In category Unknown - No timestamp given; not edited for 19 days. This image was used in a Wikipedia article and had an appropriate licence. Where an image is used to illustrate an article, it's deletion is disruptive. I have uploaded a new version of this image. Hi, you deleted thisone c. one day ago. Reason: "Unknown - No timestamp given" -- can that possibly be repaired? It was obviously a portait of Kertesz, done at NY city in 1982, and very probably legally uploaded by the author of the picture.
