Photo Usage Request[edit]

Hello,

I am representing a builder local to Stoney Creek, Ontario, who's project is pictured in one of your photos (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Stoney_Creek,_Ontario,_Waterfront1.JPG). We would request that you could please add a restriction to your usage guidelines for this photo so it cannot be used for real estate purposes. As you wouldn't want people using your photos and claiming them as their own, we wouldn't want other real estate companies showing our work and representing it as their own. We are fine with it's usage for other purposes.

Cornell University is violating your license[edit]

Today I came across this press release from Cornell University that uses your image of an Iroquois longhouse without attributing you (it just says "Wikimedia Commons" without a link back or any mention of your username). If you care, you should contact them and request that they attribute you, as they are legally required to do to comply with the CC-BY-SA license you used.
