Beautifull image: Image:Subir.jpg, but:

1. Please next time give more specific filename (latin species names etc.)
2. you should put template with license (for technical purposes) {{cc-by-sa-2.5}}
3. Please do nod downscale images - disk space on servers is nearly unlimited :)
