CheckUser evidence has determined that this IP address, IP range, or account has been used abusively.
This address (or network) has been blocked to prevent further abuse.

In extreme cases, an entire network may be blocked to prevent an abusive user from continually changing their IP address in order to evade blocks or abusing multiple accounts.

Administrators: CheckUsers are privy to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy, and therefore must be consulted before this block can be removed.

Users: You may request {{unblock}} through the normal channels, however a CheckUser will review the block.

Unblock request declined

This blocked user asked to be unblocked, but one or more administrators has reviewed and declined this request. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked. Other administrators can also review this block, but should not override the decision without discussion.

Request reason: "Unfairly blocked indefinitely by Elcobbola who has only one intent is not allow me to argue his deletion propositions. If he doesnt agree with me or my point of view it shall not amount to an indefinite block especially during the active deletion requests discussions. He has done exactly the same thing of what he has accused me of. I hereby request to review the accusations and kindly unblock me. thank you."
Decline reason: "Users are unblocked, if evidence is given, that mistakes leading to block do not repeat. Here I do not see any evidence. You accuse Эlcobbola, you claim "I am certainly not the best editor on here (its not a secret)", you incorrectly promise to be civil (compare with your other text here, which is impolite), so obviously the request is declined. On the same note, I can say that Эlcobbola is a sockpuppet Confirmed of User:Solvik~svwiki ( sock IP 84.217.183.11). Эlcobbola as Wiki admin has not been subjective or fair in his opinions nor his actions by all means and he clearly targeted me and used all of his admin power to attack me and at the same defend User:Solvik~svwiki (sock IP 84.217.183.118 used in contribs) because that user has also targeted me and launched personal attack. Solvik~svwik is a well-known and obvious vandal on Wiki, however, he was and still is allowed to do anything he wants, he did things way beyond of the accusations by Эlcobbola however he was never blocked for his blunt persistent vandalism.

  • Editing other contributors comments thats something Эlcobbola did on numerous occasions himself - a remarkable example for contributors like myself.
  • Blanking comments of others so did and doesЭlcobbola.
  • Comments/focus on JinxAndTonic and anyone who oppose his views Confirmed.

I have no liability nor control over when others log-in or contribute on Wiki or in fact, elsewhere - this is an utter absurd. I am not silly. I know about the date and time stamps on this website, if that was me, I would surely wait or something before posting unblock request - this is just an utterly rediculous suggestion to say the least. Weigh far-fetched by Эlcobbola who has targeted me personally and everyone alike or people with an opinion other than his. Эlcobbola seems to be a great example of dictatorship online, he blocks IPs, accuses others of sockpuppeting and targets anyone who disagrees with him in any way. I think this is something needs to be looked at and addressed - he must stop the abuse of his power on Wiki. I believe admin should be impartial and subjective in his opinion or actions as well as do his best to contact, discuss and explain if one doesn't know something instead of accussations, attacks and blocks. He sets a terrible example and dangerous precedents on this resource. I am certainly not the best editor on here (its not a secret) and indeed have made some mistakes along the way or years ago, sometimes editing and then spotting a mistake I made, I went back to it to edit, remove or add more - surely not a crime. I didn't go to the Wiki school. This is my talk page and I am sure if I want to, I can clear it, hence I believe it is not constitute a crime as portrayed by Эlcobbola. I promise to be civil. Once again, I would appreciate to be unblocked. Thanks. --JinxAndTonic (talk) 19:54, 27 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

So what I've learnt so far is that for some people including wiki admins it is okay to vndalise, blank comments of others and participate in sockpuppeting either on behalf of other users or admins and for some it is not. Rules are in place for a reason and those rules are for everyone. Weather all should follow them or no one at all. Please begin to follow your own rules for starters. As I've explained above, admins must be acting in a way appropriate for admins not like a gang. Taivo is another terrible example of unprofessionalism on wiki and clearly sockpuppeting on behalf of his comrade Эlcobbola, of course unblock is denied and if Ebola's actions were investigated thoroughly things would've been clear and evident. --JinxAndTonic (talk) 15:32, 28 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

As you have abused your right to write on talkpage, I must reblock you without the right. Now you are really indefinitely blocked, because you cannot request unblock. Taivo (talk) 08:12, 29 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
