Karl Heinz Stockhausen

Hallo Jerome Kohl, Du hast auf der Seite von Stockhausen ein Bild installiert (März 2004). Leider erscheint Dein Bild nicht. Wahrscheinlich besteht ein Fehler im Picture File. Schau es Dir bitte einmal an. Kindly regards --T. E. Ryen (talk) 13:23, 10 January 2011 (UTC)

Hallo T. E. Ryen. Ich verstehe wirklich nicht, was Du sagst. Ich installierte sieben Bildern auf 9 November 2009 (nicht März 2004). Allerdings zwei dieser Bilder tragen das Datum März 2004: "Karlheinz Stockhausen on 7 March 2004 during the mixdown of ANGEL-PROCESSIONS in Sound Studio N, Cologne", und ein Detail aus dass gleiche Bild. Beide sind richtig auf der WIkimedia Commons Galerie-Seite angezeigt. Das Detail-Bild wird auf zehn verschiedenen Wikipedias eingesetzt (hu.wikipedia, es.wikipedia, de.wikipedia, usw.), und es erscheint mir als korrekt auf alle von ihnen. Es gab vorher ein Problem mit der Detail-Version, das von User: Michael Bednarek korrigiert wurde auf 26 November 2009. Es ist möglich, daß ein Defekt bleibt. Ich selbst bin ein absoluter Dummkopf, was Bilder betrifft. Vielleicht Michael kann uns helfen. Könntest Du bitte erklären, die genaue Art des Problems (erscheint das Bild überhaupt nicht? ist das Bild falsch dargestellt?). Es könnte außerdem hilfreich sein, wenn Du sagst konnte, welchen Web-Browser und welches Betriebssystem Du verwendest.—Jerome Kohl (talk) 23:16, 10 January 2011 (UTC)

Tip: Add categories to your files

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").
