I would appreciate you removing the Laguna Verde image.

It is not yours to post, particularly for hi-res download, and no permission has been sought to post this image here.

On FlickR the two pictures of Laguna Verde are indicated as "This image is public". When they are regularly uploaded on Commons, anyone can use them for any purpose in the Wikimedia projects. If you want that the pictures are removed from Commons, then use speedy deletions, I can't do that because I'm not an administrator.

The 'Public' on flickr indicates that anyone browsing flickr can see that image, it does not mean that this is public domain and anyone can use it for any purpose. If you look to the copyright information, you will see that those images are 'All Rights Reserved'.

I don't have access to delete these images, I am not even a user on this site. As you are the poster, it is up to you to remove them.

I have seen that you used the image 3D glasses, I have changed it because I am learning how the free licenses work and I realized the original photo wasn't free. The actual photo is free, but it is different, maybe it is not what you wanted for your page. I thought you should know.
