Falsas atribuciones

Hola Janfri, todas tus contribuciones las licencias como obra propia cuando varios de los escudos han sido ya detectados como copyvios de diversas páginas (el resto se está investigando), así como el logo de windows y la imagen de doraemon, que tienen copyright y cuya reproducción está prohibida. Las únicas imágenes que puedes licenciar con autoría propia son las que tomes tú mismo de objetos libres o dibujos hechos en su totalidad por ti, el subir una imagen con derechos de autor y modificarla en tu ordenador no te otorga ningún derecho sobre ella. Aporta siempre el origen de donde son tomadas y asegúrate que están en dominio público o con una licencia compatible con la GFDL. Si continúas poniendo licencias falsas tu cuenta puede ser bloqueada. Hola de nuevo y gracias por ser tan comprensivo. El considerar de dominio público los contenidos de webs de ayuntamientos o diputaciones es un error que comete mucha gente, pero ningún contenido es libre salvo que lo ponga explícitamente en las páginas y las reproducciones de escudos tienen los derechos de autor de quien los dibujó y/o la web que los alberga. Tú puedes dibujar un escudo basándote en la descripción dada en los estatutos de cualquier pueblo y entonces sí sería tu obra, de otro modo no. Por tanto, a no ser que solicites permiso a la diputación foral y cedan los escudos al dominio público no se pueden quedar aquí. Si te animas a hacerlo puedes enviarles este modelo de solicitud y si la respuesta es positiva puedes volver a subir las imágenes sacadas de la web y licenciarlas correctamente.
En cuanto al logo de windows y Doraemon, las originales en las que te basaste sí eran una violación de copyright que nadie detectó, o sea que tus modificaciones de ellas también lo eran, como obra derivada de una imagen con copyright, pero aunque tu infracción es menor, ya que te las encontraste licenciadas libremente aquí, algo de culpilla sí tienes por no leer atentamente Commons:Sobre las licencias antes de ponerte a trastear con el GIMP ;), te habrías dado cuenta de que esas imágenes no deberían existir y hubieras corrido a chivárselo a algún administrador.
Para futuras subidas recuerda añadir la tabla de información que se encuentra a la izquierda de la página subir archivo (dentro del cuadro punteado), lo copias, lo pegas en la página de la imagen después de subirla y lo rellenas con todos los datos que tengas sobre ella. JANFRI: Casi todas las banderas municipales de Bizkaia (no sé si todas, no he ido mirando una por una) están tomadas de mi página web "Armak eta Banderak" (http://es.geocities.com/aingast/index2311.htm), donde se especifica que hay que solicitar permiso para utilizar cualquiera de los gráficos y enlazarlos con la página web. Tu no has hecho ni una cosa ni la otra, cosa que me cabrea. Las banderas están allí para que las utilice cualquiera para su uso personal... pero no cuesta nada comunicarme que las vas a utilizar en la wikipedia, e indicar el origen de las mismas. Te las hubiera cedido directamente sin tener que tomarlas de la web. Pero no, te las has agenciado como de tu autoría y listo. Gracias por subir Image:Imanol-landa-eaj.jpg. Me he dado cuenta de que la página de la imagen actualmente no especifica quién creó el contenido, así que el estatus del derecho de autor no está claro. Si no has creado tú mismo esta imagen, entonces es necesario que argumentes por qué la imagen se puede usar en Wikimedia Commons (ver el enlace de etiquetas de derecho de autor abajo); también debes especificar dónde la encontraste; por ejemplo, en la mayoría de los casos, un enlace a la web de donde la tomaste y los términos de uso del contenido de esa web.

Si la imagen no tiene una etiqueta de derecho de autor también debes añadírsela. Si tú creaste la imagen, entonces te recomendamos usar {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} para licenciarla con la GFDL y todas las versiones de la Creative Commons CC-BY-SA. Puedes mirar Marcas de derechos de autor para la lista completa de etiquetas que se pueden usar.

Ten en cuenta que cualquier imagen sin fuente o sin etiqueta será borrada una semana después de que haya sido subida, como se describe en criterios para borrado rápido. Si has subido otras imágenes, por favor, comprueba que has especificado también sus orígenes y sus etiquetas de derecho de autor. Puedes encontrar todas los archivos que has subido usando la herramienta Gallery. Gracias. Vale, ahora está claro. Procura siempre incluir la URL exacta donde esté la foto o donde esté insertada. La verdad es que miré muy rápido y claro, CC errekonozimendua no me dijo mucho.
