If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!

  • @IntrepidTee: Signing your posts on talk pages is required by Commons:Signatures policy. To do so, simply add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of your comments. Your user name or IP address (if you are not logged in) and a timestamp will then automatically be added when you save your comment. Signing your comments helps people to find out who said something and provides them with a link to your user/talk page (for further discussion).
You are welcome to post information about your trouble at Commons:Graphic Lab/Illustration workshop.   — Jeff G. please ping or talk to me 16:59, 16 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hello.

In File:World Speed Limits.svg, can you add South Sudan which is still shown as part of Sudan from which it seceded in 2011?

Any information about that war-torn country is very hard to find, whatever the topic - let alone speed limits which I couldn't find. That is why South Sudan is often left blank in many maps, when its borders are drawn. Since there is a "no information" category in the color gray in the map for countries and territories, South Sudan can be included.

Can you also color the Svalbard archipelago? The maximum speed limit in the Svalbard archipelago is 80 km/h, which requires the color red. Currently the islands are colored in gray, which are categorized as having no information. Here is a source from the official website of the Governor of Svalbard: https://www.sysselmannen.no/en/Residents/Motorized-traffic/

Thank you.
