Maps[edit]

Hello,

I seen your maps, and I encourage you to switch to en:SVG format and en:Inkscape (download it), which are :

easier to draw ;
better to share ;
the main idea of SVG being : open a good SVG, pick up what you love (icons, colors, background), and use them to create your new map ;)

The best Map makers on commons work unsing Inkscape : see user:MapMaster, User:Sting, User:Sémhur, etc. I'm just one of their followers, my PNG images being not that beautiful, I switched to SVG : the result is great ! Yug (talk) 13:34, 3 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
