Deprecated License[edit]
Hello. Thank you for uploading Image:Perfusion - Arabic.jpg, however the license that you have uploaded it under has been deprecated. Please could you select a new free license that describes the rights of the image correctly? If you are not able to do this, the image will be deleted in 7 days.

Copyright : 50 ans après la mort[edit]
Salut,
Il faut faire attention par rapport au copyright. Toute œuvre est protégée 50 ans après la mort de l'auteur ; les photos sont la seule exception. Par conséquent, la reproduction du tableau de Yahia Turki (mort en 1969) est protégée jusqu'en 2019. On ne peut pas l'utiliser sauf à obtenir une autorisation de ses ayant-droits. - Il y a deux cas possibles : les photographies et le reste.
- Pour les photographies, elles étaient protégées durant 25 ans après qu'elles aient été prises. Le 5 juillet 2009, la loi a été modifiée et elles sont désormais protégées durant 50 ans. Comme il n'y a pas d'effet rétroactif, toutes les images prises avant le 5 juillet 1984 sont libres après 25 ans ; celles prises après cette date restent protégées selon la nouvelle version de la loi.
- Pour le reste, la protection dure 50 ans après la mort de l'auteur. C'est valable pour les tableaux et c'est théoriquement valable aussi pour les timbres... sauf si ces peintres ont cédé leurs droits à la poste tunisienne (donc l'État), ce qu'il faudrait encore prouver. Contacter la poste serait sans doute le meilleur moyen de savoir si les timbres sont soumis au droit des auteurs ou pas. Moumou82 (talk) 08:21, 17 November 2010 (UTC)

Je viens de tomber sur les contributions un peu problématiques d'un utilisateur arabophone : Special:Contributions/Abdelfattahe. Il a téléchargé plusieurs photos dont le titre et la description sont en arabe ; il a créé des articles pour certaines d'entre elles. This year will be the tenth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2015) to produce a single Picture of the Year.
Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year were entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.
There are two total rounds of voting. In the first round, you voted for as many images as you liked. In Round 1, there were 1322 candidate images. There are 56 finalists in Round 2, comprised of the top 30 overall as well as the top #1 and #2 from each sub-category. In the final round, you may vote for just one or maximal three image to become the Picture of the Year.

tools to transfer to commons[edit]
Salaam,
I hope you are doing well. (Thats the only word I know).
I want to tell you about Commonist. It is a tool that can mass upload but it requires download to your own computer and maybe have to re-insert descriptions.
Also, https://tools.wmflabs.org/commonshelper/
This allows transfer 1 by 1 but preserves category and description (optional).

- Salaam @Artix Kreiger: I've just tested Commonist. Pretty cool but doesn't allow moving from a Wikimedia project as you said. It works great with For the Common Good! See in Category:Files moved from ar.wikisource to Commons requiring review for examples. I'm receiving now some delete proposals on my talk page and I need to review the way the app works or the manual work I need todo.
