Changing license

Hi. The licenses for published photos cannot be revoked. I mean, the author can change the license on the site where the photos were published, but Wikimedia can still use them under the original license, because the Creative Commons text says that it's a "perpetual" license, so you can't revoke it. Sobre imágenes

Hola maracucho que es lo que necesita sobre estas imágenes, eso si por favor en cristiano esta condenadas plantilla las odio, no entiendo la cosa que pretenden pedir, las fotos las tome yo y allí dice que un trabajo propio es decir la hizo la Veronidae, las agrupe así por que es menos tedioso para subirlas y ilustran mejor el artículo en la cual las coloque, si es por lincencia se la regale a Wiki en su cuento creo que las llaman creative 3. no me acuerdo y no se porque no salio reflejado porque estoy seguro que parque planilla de interrogatorio policial que hacen al comienzo la imágenes de las que me preguntas son estas:

De nuevo dime que necesita para colocarlo, deberían simplificar las cosa en esta cosas si engorroso subir imágenes, espero tu respuesta si no la borraran no subo dos veces la cosa de verdad que sin pretender ofender se pasan de fastidiosos, y ya estoy bastante decepcionada de este sitio. Me perdonas pero en este momento estoy molesta, de verdad que la intención es la molestar y fastidiar claro que todas las fotos son mías pero que gracias tiene que me digas las cosas después de que las borraron y mutilaron todos artículos en las cuales las había colocado además es información estaba en platilla esa que le hacen llenar a uno donde decía que el trabajo era propio es decir que eran mías, pero ni modo supongo que ahora estarán contentos por que mutilaron los artículos, por estos saboteos es que esto decepcionada del proyecto Wikipedia cuando no es una cosa es la otra los administradores en ves de ayudar lo único hacer dificultar las cosas, de todas formas gracias tuviste la decencia de contestar no como la mayoría que unos le pregunta y no repoden, lo que lamento es la mutilada de los artículos pero ahora se quedaran así, no pierdo mas mi tiempo. Si vale, es un problema con la gente que sube fotografías robadas de algún sitio, yo mismo lo hice hace varios años por desconocimiento de las licencias, estamos hablando de cuando estaba comenzando en commons. Esa foto la tomé este Jueves, me lance un viaje al Centro y tome algunas cosas por ahi, con los nervios de que no me fueran a quitar la cámara. No source tagging

Hello George, please be more careful when tagging files as "no source". If the file is marked as own work, then it has a source. If you suspect it is a copyvio, then you should nominate it for deletion and explain why. You should not go around marking everything you suspect with "no source", that's not what that tag is for. Also, you should be more careful when tagging old files. I found a bunch of files of dinosaurs marked as copyvio, when it seems quite obvious that they were uploaded by the same guy who published them in that forum in 2007. Another file was marked by you as no source, when it was a pretty obvious case of "own work" if you have looked at the user other contributions. It was uploaded in 2006, when there was not a requirement to fill all the data. we should be extra careful when tagging those old uploads. Cheers,-- Darwin ^Ahoy! 18:03, 6 September 2012 (UTC)

You can't go over files uploaded when there were no such forms, and start tagging them all with "no source". In this case, you tagged a pretty obvious case of own work, lots of other uploads by same user were taken with that camera model, and on that region. What's the point of tagging that content? If you detect it, you should fix it, not tag for deletion. That does not help anybody. Quite the contrary, you are giving others lot of unnecessary work to cleanup your wrong tagging, which could be better applied on something else. -- Darwin ^Ahoy! 18:31, 6 September 2012 (UTC)

Where did I say that? I said that this looked like an obvious case of an old upload of own work with somewhat incomplete information (the license said it was own work, so the info was there). The other files you tagged had different situations, but none of them was a case for deletion. You must be very careful when you go around tagging, especially in those old uploads. This is not Wikipedia, where maintenance tags are mostly harmless. In this case, for instance, a perfectly legitimate upload of a good file donated to us, and in use at at least 12 other projects, could have been lost, and it could pass years until someone detected the mistake and restored it, if ever.-- Darwin ^Ahoy! 01:58, 7 September 2012 (UTC)

Please, try to understand that the few users that respond to tagging and correct those bureaucratic little problems are not worth the damage done to the project by reckless tagging. You should only tag files when you are sure that a source is missing, not because you do not see it at first sight. As I said, tagging here is not like tagging in Wikipedia. Sobre el umbral de originalidad

Hola George Miquilena, he visto que añadiste en algunas imagen como esta un aviso sobre que el archivo podría no estar en Dominio Público en los EEUU. Imágenes con sólo texto no son elegibles para estar sujetas a derecho de autor, por lo que sí que están en Dominio Público y por tanto la plantilla estuvo mal puesta. Tenlo en cuenta, un saludo. your uploads and deletion requests

Hi George Miquilena,
I really wonder why you upload images only to request their deletion a few weeks or sometimes even a few days later? If this would be about 2 or 3 images, I wouldn't even think or speak about that. But over the last weeks, this have been scores of images. What is going on here? Apart from producing additional work-load for the deleting admin, you should be aware that none of these images is really removed from the Wikimedia servers. They will stay there for eternity or at least until the next big harddisk crash.
Besides, you should not write "unused file", as for example File:Maracaibo culture 2012.JPG, when the file is still used on Commons. This use should be removed first. --Túrelio (talk) 18:25, 13 September 2012 (UTC)

Metro de Caracas

Saludos George, pues respondiendo a tu pregunta, no soy el Autor de esa foto, sin embargo, en el meta de la foto dice "Karlos Corbella", lo cual he especificado ahora en la foto, al parecer pudo haber cedido los derechos al metro de Caracas, quien las publico en licencia libre, ahora bien, habria que colocar la licencia exacta. George, con respecto a este asunto, te sugiero conversar antes el problema con el usuario antes de marcarlas para eliminación, especificando la violación del derecho exactamente con su respectivo enlace.
