Licencias "propias"

Por favor, te pido que no hagas reversiones como ésta (sobre la bandera de Benito Juárez, indicando "own work". El motivo es que si bien es cierto que sos el creador del gráfico vectorial, también es cierto que el símbolo a representar tiene que estar previamente con una licencia válida.

Y en el caso de La bandera de B. Juárez en particular, no hay ninguna prueba de que la misma haya sido realizada hace más de 50 años para tener una licencia PD-AR-Anonymous, o que su autor (que no se conoce) haya muerto hace más de 70 (PD-old). Fma12 (talk) 14:07, 29 January 2023 (UTC)

Proyecto traer de vuelta, las banderas y escudos municipales.

Buenas.

Hay que volver a subir las banderas y escudos municipales. Incluso si ahora tenemos que contactar a los municipios para que nos den el permiso para publicarlo, al menos que hayan leyes que digan lo contrario. 2marco4 (talk) 03:06, 20 February 2023 (UTC)

Buenas @2marco4: , no es algo con lo que me pueda comprometer, pero lo puedo guiar. Quizás le sirva este enlace, COM:VRT/es. Si es que no lo conoce, es un sistema que yo creo puede usar en este asunto. Sirve para que una vez que tenga la expresa autorización del municipio dueño de los derechos sobre la bandera o escudo, se pueda archivar tal permiso para distribuir la imagen bajo una licencia libre aquí en Commons. particularmente, no veo muy constructivo de tu parte esta reversión, puesto que la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, desde el punto de vista geográfico, sí es parte de la Provincia. Administrativamente tiene autonomía y no depende de la PBA, es cierto, pero... qué criterio tomar entonces? Hay alguna pauta establecida que determine esto aquí en Commons o en la WP en español con la cual vos estás más familiarizado?

Te consulto esto esperando tu punto de vista porque no quiero entrar en una guerra de ediciones innecesaria, antes que (al menos) escuchar tus razones. Fma12 (talk) 20:18, 17 March 2023 (UTC)

Hola. No fue mi intención parecer poco constructivo con mi edición, es que me parece evidente que son dos entidades separadas, pero voy a dar las razones.

No entiendo cuando decís que desde el punto de vista geográfico sí es parte. ¿Tu razonamiento es que en materia de, digamos, características geográficas comunes o de regiones geográficas la ciudad integra la provincia?

Debo decir que por donde quiera que veo en materia de categorizaciones el criterio de divisiones administrativas es el que ordena todas las subcategorías de un país. De hecho, te pido que si conocés otras categorías acerca de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires que sean una subcategoría de la provincia de Buenos Aires me las señales. No las suelo ver.

Por citar los más relevantes ejemplos, en Wikipedia en español es:Categoría:Ciudad de Buenos Aires no está dentro de una categoría relativa a la provincia. Y en Commons por citar otro, Category:Aerial photographs of Buenos Aires no está -y al parecer según su historia nunca lo estuvo- dentro de Category:Aerial photographs of Buenos Aires Province‎. —Frodar (talk) 00:25, 18 March 2023 (UTC)

Exacto, me refería a las características geográficas de Buenos Aires como parte de la provincia en sí, pero por eso te indicaba que quizás se tomara un orden administrativo para establecer categorías; y parece, de acuerdo a las fuentes que me citás, que evidentemente es así; por lo tanto, dejaré las cosas como están, tomando a Bs As (o CABA) como parte de una entidad independiente dentro del territorio nacional.
