Neuzeichnen[edit]

Löse Dich von der falschen Vorstellung "Durch das Neuzeichnen ist ein auch ein neues Urheberrecht entstanden." (Image:Zeichen der BVG Berlin.jpg). Dies ist falsch, und selbst wenn es so wäre macht es das Abzeichnen und die Verbreitung des Resultats noch lange nicht legal. Das Geschmacksmusterrecht (dieses Bild ist nicht durch das Urheberrecht beschränkt) schützt die Zusammenstellung und Auführung des Logos, nicht seine konkrete Verköperung. In jedem Fall, wenn Du eine CC-Lizenz beanspruchen könntest, wäre die Vorlage auch geschützt und so wäre das Abzeichnen in jedem Fall eine Urheberrechtsverletzung. Welchen Sinn hätte das Urheberrecht, wenn man es durch Abzeichnen umgehen könnte? Denk doch mal für ein paar cent nach.--Rtc 09:06, 27 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for providing images to Wikimedia Commons. I notice that you have uploaded Image:2005-10-26 Brandenburger-Tor.JPG and at the same time replaced an older one. I think you should know that this is only allowed when the two images are almost exactly alike. Here in Commons we would like to host as many different, useful versions as possible for Wikimedia projects to choose from. Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]
[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Hallo Frau Olga, ich weiß nicht, was Dich zu der völlig unqualifizierten "Bearbeitung" des von mir eingestellten Bildes veranlasst hat - bitte lass' in Zukunft die Finger von solchen aus Deiner Sicht angeblichen "Verbesserungen", alles deutet darauf hin, daß es mit Deiner Beurteilungskompetenz in diesem Zusammenhang nicht weit her ist.
