To allow others to find the images you uploaded here, the images should be in some place that can be found by navigating the category structure. This means that you should put the images into appropriate topic pages, categories, optionally galleries, or both of them (see Commons:Categories). To find good categories for your images, the CommonSense tool may help.

You can find a convenient overview of your uploaded files in this gallery.

The important point is that the images should be placed in the general structure somewhere. There are a large number of completely unsorted images on Commons right now. If you would like to help to place some of those images where they can be found, please do!

The file was deleted because it has previously been deleted by community consensus (see Commons:Deletion requests/File:Mooddisorder.jpg for the discussion). It is part of a long term campaign by one or more people, possibly impersonating an artist/photographer, to fill Wikimedia with images of the same person at different locations but with their face hidden. Some of the images could have been very nice to have in Commons but multiple uploads by accounts with different names have muddied the copyright situation. The only way to resolve it would be for the artist/photographer to contact OTRS but s/he has not done so. Green Giant (talk) 10:53, 25 October 2014 (UTC)

(Also answered here) The Danish Wikipedia has the article Kunst i Holstebro, where your image is used to illustrate "Guds Hånd" Sculpture in Holstebro, Denmark, see, e.g., Google Streetview. I thought that your photo was a photo of that one. — Fnielsen (talk) 11:18, 1 March 2015 (UTC)

Sådan har jeg det også, jeg tror det måske handler om promovering af de:Werkverzeichnis von Camille Pissarro, men er da ikke sikker deri, måske noget helt andet som f.eks. ikke kendskab til wikidata, men jeg er tvivl. Men er begyndt at tilføje billeder til den tyske liste og det var måske deres sigte, men det er også fair nok. Hej, så vidt jeg kan se har du foranlediget sletningen af billedet af Prins Henriks skulptur Dronning fra commons, med angivelsen af der skulle være et problem omkring ophavsretten, den begrundelse harmonerer dog ikke med lovgivningen i Danmark, jvf. Bekendtgørelse af lov om ophavsret af 23. oktober 2014, §23, stk. 1, samt §24 stk. 2. Kan du uddybe dit ræsonnement? - Vrenak (talk) 12:16, 25 June 2016 (UTC)

@Vrenak: Tak for spørgsmålet. Danmark har ikke panoramafrihed. CC-BY-SA fordrer frigivelse til kommerciel anvendelse. §24 stk. 2 er i vejen for os. Den lille havfrue bliver ofte slette fra Commons netop pga. af dette punkt. "Kunstværker må afbildes, når de er varigt anbragt på eller ved en for almenheden tilgængelig plads eller vej. Bestemmelsen i 1. pkt. finder ikke anvendelse, såfremt kunstværket er hovedmotivet og gengivelsen udnyttes erhvervsmæssigt." Selv hvis billedet ikke viser kunstværket som hovedmotiv er der problemer, da CC-BY-SA tillader modifikation (en beskæring kunne gøre skulpturen til hovedmotivet). — Fnielsen (talk) 13:29, 25 June 2016 (UTC)

Selvom licensen siger en ting er loven jo stadig over den, og wikip(m)edia er jo netop ikke kommerciel, hvad andre brugere af billederne anvender dem til kommer jo egentlig ikke wikipedia ved, det må jo udelukkende være deres problem, hvad de bruger den til og ikke wiki bruger den til. Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the second round of the 2016 Picture of the Year competition is now open. This year will be the eleventh edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2016) to produce a single Picture of the Year.

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year were entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.

There are two total rounds of voting. In the first round, you voted for as many images as you liked. In Round 1, there were 1475 candidate images. There are 58 finalists in Round 2, comprised of the top 30 overall as well as the top #1 and #2 from each sub-category.

In the final round, you may vote for just one or maximal three image to become the Picture of the Year.

Round 2 will end on 20 April 2017, 23:59:59 UTC.

In File:Dubbing films in Europe1.png and File:Dubbing in Europe 1.png, could you translate this new legend into Danish?

 

Belgium: The Flemish speaking region occasionally produces its own dialect dubbing versions, otherwise solely subtitles. The French speaking region of Wallonia and the German speaking region of East Belgium use exclusively a full-cast dubbing, both for films and for TV series.
