Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

NOAA websites no longer provide Suomi NPP

Please remember that NOAA websites no longer provide Suomi NPP images since April 2018 and they switch to NOAA-20. It is better if you also indicate a precise timestamp to your uploaded files. 🐱💬 05:07, 6 March 2019 (UTC)

Please do not overwrite files

Overwriting an existing file should not be done except when making minor, uncontroversial corrections, so the file has been restored to its previous version. Immature and irresponsible conduct

Fleur, you have had a history of reverting or overwriting well-supported image edits and uploads of mine for no valid reason. This is evidenced by your frequent lack of logical and reasonable explanation in edit summaries. Exemplifying this concerning trend is your most recent revert of my significant improvement to File:Hikaa 2019-09-23 0910Z.jpg, to which you attached an edit summary which read simply, "cringe". You have referred to 'gallery' images before. I would appreciate an explanation of this, because it is not at all self-explanatory. If you are referring to the NASA Terra/Aqua/Suomi-NPP image gallery, that no longer exists. ChocolateTrain (talk) 14:39, 24 September 2019 (UTC)

Your MODIS Files

Hey. I've seen your files that you upload or changed that includes the MODIS in NASA's EOSDIS Worldview. And I'm curious of how you managed yourself to color the files. I'm pretty new at using the EOSDIS Worldview. So can you at least respond to me how you color the files? Like for example, Hurricane Dorian's. I know what to use. The Brightness Temperature layer but I couldn't find out how to get rid of the gray background. :/ Unless you just used a background eraser. (-_-) FireBlade708 (talk) 19:16, 30 September 2019 (UTC)

Avec un nom d'utilisateur pareil, je suppose que vous parlez en français. Même si cette image a été mise en nomination pour être éliminée, il n'y pas de raison d'enlever la catégorie car elle peut toujours être retenu dans Commons. Il ne faut pas mettre la charrue avant les bœufs!

In case, I am mislead and you are English speaking : a deletion request does not means an image cannot have a category. Such a request might be refused and the image must have a category in that case and if it is deleted, it won't matter if it has a category!

Pourquoi avoir mis à jour cette trajectoire en mettant que Francisco était toujours un système tropical alors que le CMRS de La Réunion le classe depuis le 7 février comme une dépression résiduelles (http://www.meteo.fr/temps/domtom/La_Reunion/webcmrs9.0/francais/activiteope/bulletins/zcit/ZCITF_202002120956.pdf) et spécifie "Il n'y a pas de risque que ce système redevienne une tempête tropicale modérée au cours des 5 prochains jours."? Après le 7 février, ce devrait être des triangles bleus selon la légende de l'image.

Please stop changing the track to add 03L onto Amanda. NHC explicitly stated that the LLC dissipated and if a new one formed it would be a new system. Fleur, I am starting to become very frustrated and fed up with your constant unexplained reversions of my edits and your complete refusal to engage in any discussion with me whatsoever. I have started many talk page sections both here and on Wikipedia on several topics where we seem to have conflicting views, and you almost never reply. This is entirely unacceptable and is a complete waste of my time. I should note that I am far from the only editor who has had problems with you in this regard. I have gone to great lengths in the past to explain my viewpoints to you, and you have simply ignored me completely. Not only do you frequently revert my edits without explanation, you also often provide irrelevant reasons or just flat-out falsehoods. You are making it more and more difficult for me to keep assuming good faith on your behalf as you continue to do this. If you meant for the page to be deleted, blanking the page is not the right way to do this. A simple real-world comparison to illustrate: You removed the entire text of a page from a thick folder, but the then empty, useless page itself remained in the folder.

Please use {{speedy| type reason here }} and add it on top of the page you would like to have deleted; This way it will be placed on a special list that administrators check regularly for deletion. Without this it might take a long time before it's noticed.

Take a look for yourself. Google Katie and Lexi and it's mainly about the Southeast Pacific systems. Search Humberto, and it's mainly about Atlantic systems, with no mention of of the Southeast Pacific system.
