The images you uploaded are redrawings of the central part of Image:Flag of old Korea.jpg, but the central part of Image:Flag of old Korea.jpg is not taken from the July 1882 U.S. Navy book Flags of Maritime Nations -- the U.S. Navy doesn't deal in grandiose euphemisms expressed in Chinese characters. The scan from the 1882 U.S. Navy book is Image:Taegukgi.jpg... AnonMoos 00:59, 30 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This media was probably deleted.
Thanks for uploading File:ISDB_DTTV_Japan_data_screen.png. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.

Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own).

The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:ISDB_DTTV_Japan_data_screen.png]]) and the above demanded information in your request.

Thanks for notify me. I took a photo as former picture as ISDB-T.jpg. Do both need another informations? -Eurodollers (talk) 20:04, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Yes. Its a screenshot of (??) TV Tokyo content. Is that content published under a free license? Otherwise the screenshot is a derivative work and not de minimis. --Martin H. (talk) 20:15, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Not a screenshot of computers, but just a taken picture of TV screen. The former picture doesn't show the "free license" evidence from NHK(Japanese broadcasting station). Is Derivative works tag is suitable? (I lost where was it). Please give me an advice. Or, both pictuers illegal? Please clarify the differnce.-210.174.18.149 20:24, 5 March 2011 (UTC)-Eurodollers (talk) 20:32, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I take de minimis. I replaced the picture to another one, which is lower resolution compared to former one ISDB-T.jpg. Is this still a violation? Please advise. -Eurodollers (talk) 21:01, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I dont think that File:ISDB-T.jpg is free, so maybe that was an bad example that guided you. If you want to upload a screenshot of non-free content you must do so on Wikipedia under fair use - if your Wikipedia allows fair use. Commons does not allow Commons:Fair use, only free content. Therefore screenshots are not allowed. It does not matter how small or large the image is, it is only of importance how much of the image is covered by the screen and if the screen is the main subject of the photo. Also in your new upload at File:ISDB_DTTV_Japan_data_screen.png the non-free content is in the focus of the image, so still it is a derivative work/non-free screenshot and still it is not de minimis. You have to remove the non-free parts, see e.g. File:Amarok-1.4.5-ru.png where we have a free software environment and the non-free part is removed. --Martin H. (talk) 21:23, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
You are NOT answering my question. If this is still a violation, then Commons have to remove former picture as well. Why don't you add the violation tag to former one? Ok. I will move this topic to discussion page of the file since I do not have time to come online. Thanks. -Eurodollers (talk) 22:02, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
