J'ai un doute sur la légalité de la photo de l'arche de la défense Image:La grande Arche.jpg.

Je n'ai pas entendu parler de questions juridiques autour de l'Arche de la Défense, pour le moment, aussi je serais assez de l'avis qu'il n'y a pas péril en la demeure, tout au moins jusqu'à ce que l'on ait examiné la situation à tête reposée. Pas facile[edit]

C'est normal: on ne peut pas (enfin pas facilement). La seule façon de renommer un fichier, c'est d'en uploader une nouvelle version nommée comme on veut, et d'effacer l'ancienne. Quant à la suppression, c'est là un attribut réservé aux administrateurs (j'en suis un par exemple); pour ce qui est d'effacer des images, il est poosible de les contacter sur Template:Deletion_requests, ou simplement de me laisser un mot sur ma page de discussion. Hi Eric. This picture is an amazingly powerful photo of the plight of a homeless man in France. My question, and one which we have worried about on Wikipedia, and especially in the Homelessness article in Wikipedia, is whether it is proper to show any faces of homeless people, except those who are well-known like the man pictured from New Zealand. We once removed all photos with faces other than the New Zealand man, for this reason. Another concern was privacy as stated above and that the homeless man, who presumably was compos mentis when the picture was taken, gave his consent by a signed release. Since someone has made the your photo the top one on the page, it is an important consideration. Your thoughts ? Post Processing[edit]

Hello,

J'essaie de post processer une photo pour obtenir un look semblant à ta photo Image:P7032101 small2.jpg. Pour l'instant j'ai fait une désaturation, une augmentation du contraste, et le filtre de vignettage. Mais l'effet final est encore assez loin de celui de ta photo.

Hello, you are the author of one of the images in the category Grande Arche. This category has been recently proposed for deletion under the pretext that there is no FOP in France. I believe not all the images in this category deserve to be deleted, some of them do not present copyright issues. You've probably received more feedback on that photograph than you can read, so feel free to delete this once you've seen it, but I wanted to compliment you on it. It excels in every aspect of a photograph, to a point almost unattainable without staging.

Here is a link to Google's cached version of the page. The images and formatting are missing - I imagine the picture in the middle was this one; for an idea of what the page might have generally looked like, check out the main page of their website. There is no attribution (while they claim copyright of the whole page) unless it was part of a missing image. Conspiration, note that the license is not "You are free to use it...unless you're a neo-Nazi." Had they attributed it and made clear the share-alike license, there would have been no infringement. Hi, i took a photo of Canovas Psyche and Cupid at the Louvre Museum and was about to publish it under a CreativeCommons License. I am wondering if there are any legal issues i should be aware of. I am a Prof. in Architectureand I am currently redacting a book titled “History of Interior Design and Furniture” and it will be published in Turkish edition.
