Tip: Categorizing images[edit]
Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.
Here's how:
1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:
2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".
When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").
Thanks again for your uploads! More information about categorization can be found in Commons:Categories, and don't hesitate to leave a note on the help desk.CategorizationBot (talk) 10:55, 6 May 2011 (UTC)

Immagini chitarra[edit]
Ciao.
Copyright status: File:Frequency vs name it - frequenze delle note.svg[edit]
This media may be deleted. |
Thanks for uploading File:Frequency vs name it - frequenze delle note.svg. I notice that the file page either doesn't contain enough information about the license or it contains contradictory information about the license, so the copyright status is unclear.
If you created this file yourself, then you must provide a valid copyright tag. For example, you can tag it with GFDL to release it under the multi-license GFDL plus Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike All-version license or you can tag it with PD-self to release it into the public domain. (See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of license tags that you can use.) If you did not create the file yourself or if it is a derivative of another work that is possibly subject to copyright protection, then you must specify where you found it (e.g. usually a link to the web page where you got it), you must provide proof that it has a license that is acceptable for Commons (e.g. usually a link to the terms of use for content from that page), and you must add an appropriate license tag. If you did not create the file yourself and the specific source and license information is not available on the web, you must obtain permission through the VRT system and follow the procedure described there. Note that any unsourced or improperly licensed files will be deleted one week after they have been marked as lacking proper information, as described in criteria for deletion. If you have uploaded other files, please confirm that you have provided the proper information for those files, too. If you have any questions about licenses please ask at Commons:Village pump/Copyright or see our help pages. Thank you. |

Songbook of the German Wikibooks[edit]
Hi Elenaf, You'll find the Songbook at de:b:Liederbuch. Scroll the page to the end, and you'll find the songs. You need some templates.
- de:b:Liederbuch/_Vorlage:Liedheader translate it into Songbook/_template:songheader
- Gitarre:_Rechte_unbekannt = page to copyright (says, that as far as known this song is public-domain. If not, pleas tell me my mistake...
- Liedtyp = parameter: kind of song (e.g. folksong, choral, blues, nursery rhyme etc.)
- Alternativtitel = parameter: said: also known as
- Text = parameter: words by poet of the lyric
- Melodie = parameter: composer
- Urheber = parameter: author (of lyric and melody)
- Tonart = Key or better modus (only used whith "dorian, mixolydian, natural minor e.g." not whit simple keys)
- Bearbeiter = Editor (User)
- Co-Bearbeiter = Co-editor (co-user)
- Externer-Bearbeiter = extern-editor (e.g. from a forum. used with an url)
Try to use english parameters. At the next opportunity I change the parameters by English words. Then it is easier to share the songs.
- de:b:Liederbuch/ Vorlage:Querverweis shows for which lesson a song is needed.
- de:b:Vorlage:Crd is an very important template for chords. These shod be placed as a global template. For the songbook, for the guitar-book or any other music-book. A Book-separated template would be much too long for the countless chords. This would be impractical.
- de:b:Vorlage:Youtube-Suche = global template for a link to the youtube-search
Compare this withen:b:songbook go to a song, go to "edit", scroll to the end of the page, and you'll find my english translation of my templates. I stop the working on the english songbook, because there is no help from the native speakers. There are much more songs on the german songbook.
I start do teach with the chord change D A then I continue with G C Em Am. Then I have a milestone. The "Camp-fire diploma". After this I continue with the chords F Dm E H7 G7 D7 and I have the next milestone. The "Folk diploma". And so on. I start with the Key of D-major with the chords A D G (without any 7) then the Key of G with the chords D G C Em Am (it's missing the Bm chord) then I chontinue with the Key of C major with all chords F C G Dm Am Em and G7 D7 and H7. That are the 12 basic-chords. Look at my practice examples de:b:Gitarre:_Liedervorschläge

Regular tunings[edit]
Hello Elenaf!
I added a word of explanation to the category of regular tunings. Perhaps you could double check whether your images really concern regular tunings?
I am unfamiliar with the meaning of "regular tunings" outside of the work of William A. Sethares. Please forgive my ignorance!

Re:Immagini wikihow[edit]
--Jaqen (talk) 08:46, 11 April 2014 (UTC)

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues. |
