No, no hay licencia en los Commons para las imágenes no-libres. Usted primero necesita un permiso de escritura del autor de la imagen. El autor debe escribir una licencia libre que él quiere para sus imágenes en su permiso. --Martin H. (talk) 01:28, 15 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, a last time: The images are nonfree, the author of the images (photo or video) does not want his work used in commercial publications without future permission! Uploading the images to Flickr first does not make another person astro1991 or yourself the author. That behaviour is called Flickr-washing (same like "lavado de dinero") and is absolutely not accepted here. Bien, por última vez: las imágenes no son libres. El autor de las imágenes (foto o video) no quiere que su trabajo sea utilizado en publicaciones comerciales sin un permiso futuro. Subir las imágenes primero a Flickr no convierten a otra persona, astro1991 o a ti mismo en el autor. Ese comportamiento se denomina "lavado" y en absoluto es aceptable aquí.
