Hi Dani, is there any chance you have any other information about this sweet water well? I find it very curious, and was unable to find any piece of information about it all around the web. Thanks in advance! --77.137.44.66 11:07, 27 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Daniel Ventura, the above image had been misidentified, but a plausible ID (Crocus hyemalis) was added. Therefore, I made a rename request to correct the misleading file name. Best regards --Robert Flogaus-Faust (talk) 23:14, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The letter

Hello Daniel Ventura! Thanks for uploading this letter to Commons. It is a very interesting testimony of WWII. I have started to transcribe the text in Italian. Do you know in which language the translations on the left of the letter are? Is it in Yiddish or Hebrew? Were they added later or by the postal service/censorship? It looks like the letter was photocopied and the translation was added with a typewriter. Any information would be very welcome on that letter! Thanks :) Skimel (talk) 20:48, 11 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
