User talk:Csernica~commonswiki
Our first steps help file and our FAQ will help you a lot after registration. They explain how to customize the interface (for example the language), how to upload files and our basic licensing policy. You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold contributing here and assume good faith for the intentions of others. This is a wiki - it is really easy. More information is available at the Community Portal. You may ask questions at the Help desk, Village Pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons. You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at Commons talk:Licensing. |

Please reconsider your vote in light of three new comparisons[edit]
Sorry to bring this to your talk page. But I believe that this is a pretty serious matter. If you just compare the first two of [1] They are identical and have merely been slightly re-arranged. Megapixie 05:37, 30 July 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for notification[edit]
Hi, Csernica. Thanks for your notification. I will change all of them when I have time.--Mountain 12:03, 9 August 2007 (UTC)
Comment template[edit]
Hi there! I'm one of the people in the whole Su-37 thing. I'm on your side in this, but I would just like to request that you use the {{comment}} to [[User:]] tag when replying to comments, which adds a comment icon and a bold "Comment". Otherwise your comments kind of look like they are merging into the one before - not something you want when taking opposing sides to the comment before! Also, it is easy to see who you are addressing. I really don't want to be a pain, but this page is hard enough for a newcomer to plough through as it is, and I think it's important that new readers can understand and join in as easily as possible. Hopefully we will be able to wind up this whole thing soon. It can't possibly go on for much longer now! Thanks! Inductiveload 02:44, 10 August 2007 (UTC)
Your account will be renamed[edit]
Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Csernica. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Csernica~commonswiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
