I'm now in possession of written permission from the artist representative: "I work with Mr. Bruce Wolfe and we have no objections to the posting of any photos of the Barbara Jordan statue created by Bruce Wolfe on Wikipedia." I do not know the next step to take with this however and would appreciate further input. --Chupacerveza (talk) 16:11, 28 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Chupacerveza! What you have to do now is to forward both your authorization and the sculptor's to COM:OTRS, and follow the guidelines there. Basically, you've to send everything to an e-mail address. In few weeks the request will be processed and, if accepted, the image will be undeleted. In case of doubt, they will contact you back.
