Ist die Datei durchgekommen. Soweit ich's verstanden habe gings wohl um die Nachnutzung. Das Bild wird auf Commons und in Wikipedia nicht kommerziell genutzt. Der Commons-Editor lizensiert aber die Verwendung des Bildes und diese Lizenz sagt: Man darf das Bild kommerziell nutzen. Würde sich also das armenische Recht auf das fotografieren geschützter Objekte nicht geändert haben, hätte Dir, bei Beantstandung durch dazu Befugte, eine Klage gedroht. Man kann also die Diskussion als Schutz vor einer Klage und Aufklärung betrachten. Scheinbar gilt jetzt die Panoramafreiheit in Armenien, was wohl nicht klar war. Inschriften[edit]

Hallo Claus, es ist immer wieder schön, wenn neue Fotos von Thüringen hochgeladen werden. Zur Zeit bin ich dabei einige Inschriften zu übertragen, wie z. B. bei File:Thalborn-Kirche-2-CTH.JPG und File:Thalborn-Kirche-3-CTH.JPG. Könntest du diese eventuell mal überprüfen und ggf. vervollständigen? Vielleicht hast du ja noch andere nicht hochgeladene Fotos, auf denen die schwierigen Stellen besser zu lesen sind. --Arnd (talk) 18:18, 19 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Schön, dass es Leute gibt, die sich damit beschäftigen! Ich habe heute die Tafel nochmals fotografiert, leider ist sie stets ohne Sonne an der Nordseite der Kirche. Hallo CTHOE, in der zurückliegenden Zeit habe ich zahlreiche Baudenkmäler der Stadt Rheinbach und den zugehörigen Ortsteilen fotografiert und bei Wikipedia hochgeladen. Dabei habe ich auch die Waldkapelle aufgesucht und einige Aufnahmen gemacht. Deine Aufnahmen habe ich ebenfalls gesehen. Ich bin beeindruckt von der Qualität deiner Aufnahmen, der Vollständigkeit deiner Serie und der konsequenten Anordnung der Abbildungen durch die geschickte Wahl der Bezeichnungen der Dateien. Ich trage mich mit dem Gedanken, einige meiner Aufnahmen von der Waldkapelle ebenfalls hochzuladen und möchte, dass meine Aufnahmen nach deinen erscheinen. Wenn ich meine Abbildungen unter „Waldkapelle-Rheinbach“ aufführe, sollte das nach meiner Ansicht klappen, wenn nicht, bitte ich um einen Vorschlag.
