Hei, denne statuen ble laget av Wilhelm Rasmussen i 1958. Det vil si at den fortsatt er beskyttet av opphavsrett. For at vi skal beholde bildene må du derfor få kunstnerens arvinger (eller de som forvalter verkene hans) til å gå med på den frie lisensen, og sende denne tillatelsen til Commons:OTRS. Huff, leste nettopp gjennom Commons:Derivative_works, og mistet nesten litt lysten til å laste opp flere bilder. Inntil videre tror jeg bare du får slette bildene av statuen. Men jeg lurer på bildene som ligger i artikkelen Wilhelm Rasmussen, er de frie på grunn av alder? Skulle gjerne sett at det fantes en norsk versjon av Derivative works med referanser til norsk lov, finnes det? --Bitjungle (talk) 21:27, 9 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

(redigeringskonflikt) Rasmussen er registrert i BONO ser jeg nå, så da er det bare å glemme det. Jeblad, Nina-no og jeg hadde et møte med BONO for et par år siden, og de er ikke interessert i å gå med på frie lisenser. Dermed kan vi heller ikke bruke bildene på Wikimedia Commons eller på no.wikipedia, synd men sant. Mvh. --Kjetil_r 21:30, 9 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Du er forresten ikke den eneste som har blitt overrasket over dette med Commons:Derivative_works, vi har stadig vekk runder hvor vi sletter bilder fra Vigelandsanlegget og andre steder. Det er ikke nødvendigvis et samsvar mellom den allmenne rettsfølelsen og lovverket i Norge når det gjelder hva som er lov i slike tilfeller.

Et alternativ er forresten å laste opp bildene til f.eks. Flickr og legge dem i et eget «set» der, og lenke til dette fra artikkelen. Det er ikke helt bra å gjøre det slik (da det bryter litt med wiki-filosofien), men jeg har selv gjort noe lignende en eller to ganger.

De to bildene som er i Wilhelm Rasmussen er vel mest sannsynlig ikke ok, men jeg er ikke helt sikker. Jeg skal nominere dem for sletting nå, så kan vi se hva andre sier. --Kjetil_r 21:38, 9 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
