File:Countries driving on the left or right.svg[edit]

There is a little job that needs doing on this map. At least two countries are now known by other names than those that appear in this file when you hover over them. Swaziland is now known as Eswatini, and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) is now known as North Macedonia. I could not figure out how to make the change, but presumably you can? Thanks. Kelisi (talk) 21:35, 14 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed, thank you. bdesham  17:48, 20 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Used your map "Countries driving on the left or right.svg"[edit]

I converted the map to PNG and I used it for my own wiki, Driverspedia:

Chat bubbles![edit]

Hello! Thank you for letting us use your images. I am using the chat bubbles image in a new online course. Every discussion topic has this icon to help the students identify their tasks quickly. 2001:56A:71F4:CF00:9153:2847:BCCB:51F3 05:49, 20 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Planning to use image Spaceship_Earth_2.jpg[edit]

This would appear near the end of section 1.7.2.1 of my book "Principles of Music Composition", planned for 2031. It's in the context of an example of what I will call "the Engineering Dialectic", a subset of the Engineering Design Process. No modifications will be applied to the image. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Crolma6 (talk • contribs) 17:22, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Suggestion for the ICF image[edit]

The image about ICF here is used in the ICF article which I'm actively updating. The image uses purple in the second-to-left sub-image. However, in this image the background is mostly orange, and as a result the purple arrows look blue. I was very confused until I zoomed in.

Any chance this could be re-rendered with another color that makes it more distinctive? Perhaps light green? Maury Markowitz (talk) 14:18, 2 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Maury—that’s a good idea. I’ve updated the image to make those arrows yellow. Let me know what you think. bdesham  01:29, 3 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Using Spaceship earth at epcot at night[edit]

Used it for an internal slide to announce our next work meeting. I added the date and title of the meeting. It's beautiful and thank you! 172.59.153.231 16:32, 17 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Use of Spaceship Earth Wikipedia Image[edit]

Hi. I plan to use the image in my soon to be released free online book "Algebraic Topology for Data Scientists". I will put it on Arxiv.org in the near future. Spaceship Earth is a good example of the representation of a sphere as a "simplicial complex", i.e. a collection of triangles.

Use of An illustration of the dining philosophers problem Image[edit]

Just want to let you know that your image was posted by Depths of Wikipedia! https://x.com/depthsofwiki/status/1714793440192483826?s=20

Also, it seems that the anime Kaguya-sama: Love Is War – Ultra Romantic clearly used your image in episode 5. As someone who learned about the problem from the article with your image, I was thrilled to recognize it in one of my favorite anime. https://x.com/nbudijono/status/1714837576287150203?s=20
