You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Hello.

Can you add South Sudan (and also if there are, updates as well) in File:BIS members.svg?

I am adding South Sudan (as well as Montenegro and other possible missing updates) in the PNG maps in Category:Maps needing South Sudan political boundaries and then remove this category after updating them. There were close to 1100 maps since I started to update these files on 1 March 2018, now it is reduced to less than 580 maps, but there is a long way to go.

Unfortunately I don't know how to edit SVG maps, that is why I asked you.
