Hey thanks for you comment on my photo, I'm just wondering how I can add a comment to the featured picture page. I know this probably sounds stupid to ask, but I'm so confused, I tried adding the tag to the actual picture but that didn't work and it seems you can't add it on the featured picture candidates page. And there should be a higher resolution version, i just need to find it, my external HD fell down a flight of stairs and it's pretty banged up and i lost most my files, but hopefully I can recover it or find it somewhere I may have uploaded it.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I can't identify the bird. I live in en:New Mexico, so shorebirds aren't my strong point :-) The head stripes look too faint for a Whimbrel, but that's something people who've seen this species would have to decide.

If the position of the horizon is set correctly, you obtain this, otherwise this. Your image looks bended like my second example, so I think the horizon level in your pano should be set higher. involvement with the QI sorting and stuff

I feel a little bad now everytime that I see in my watchlist that you have sorted the QI stuff for the day. I feel bad because I know how dreary the work becomes.

Instead of feeling bad, how about if you let me know when you would like a break or if it would help for you to go every other day or whatever? There are many options and I am actually thinking that it would have been nice if someone or anyone had offered something like this when I was doing that task.

My personal life felt a lot nicer when I had the feeling of teamwork both in the online world and in real life. As difficult as it is to determine if this was an accurate feeling or not, I still miss it :) So, please let me know.

You know whatelse? I had a couple of bugs mating (a photograph of) that I let sit there for a really long time because I did not want to deal with it. It took forever for anyone to manage that thing. That was wrong, a willingness to take the stupid photograph, upload here, enter it into QI, blah, blah, blah.... -- carol 03:03, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
