i Discovered why. Ok, let's read the rules again:

Users must vote with an eligible Commons account, or an SUL account which includes at least one eligible account at another Wikimedia project (or, if you can't use your SUL account at Commons, an account on Commons with its user page linked to an eligible account's user page on another Wikimedia project, and a link to your Commons account from your eligible account's user page. Note: The linking edits at each userpage MUST be performed by the account owner, to be considered valid).

Tell me that users without user page in commons follow this condition to have link to their home wiki is offend my intelligence. Please revert yourself or i will do it. Béria Lima ^msg 12:47, 2 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please answer my Question[edit]

Hi there my friend! I have a Question and need an answer as soon as possible. I'm translating all NFL teams wiki articles to Arabic wiki, can I use their logos to put on the Arabic wiki or not? b/c it says that the team's logos are all under COPY RIGHTS? ... for example, can I use this logo File:San Diego Chargers logo.svg in the team's Arabic wiki article or not (without creating any problems for myself)?
