File copyright status
Welcome to Wikimedia Commons. While everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the project, one or more of your file uploads had missing or false information regarding its source and copyright status. Please note that Wikimedia Commons takes copyright rules and infringement very seriously. Files may only be uploaded and included if their copyright status meets the conditions stated in our licensing policy, and if their provenance is clearly documented. Files that fail to meet those conditions may be deleted, and users who fail to meet them may be blocked. Please follow our first steps, if you haven't already. If you have questions, feel free to ask at the Village Pump copyright question page or on my talk page. Thank you. Ovruni (talk) 01:02, 13 November 2020 (UTC)

Re:Hola
Saludos --Ovruni (talk) 05:36, 13 November 2020 (UTC)

File tagging File:Aron Piper.jpg
This media was probably deleted.
|
Thanks for uploading File:Aron Piper.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.
Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own). The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Aron Piper.jpg]] ) and the above demanded information in your request. |

Unblock please
Unblock Taivo 🙏
Hello Taivo, I hope you are well. Well I see you responded to my unlocking request, here is my answer: I request to be unblocked from Commons because to change my GLOBAL username, I NEED TO BE UNLOCKED IN COMMONS. If I am blocked, the change cannot be made. Please, I made mistakes, many, but little by little I am learning, right now I am a WIKIPEDIST on Wikipedia in Spanish. Please, I just need to be unlocked :) If you wish, I will not upload any images. I await your response, blessings. Pd: Sorry if you don't understand this message, I don't speak English, I use a traudctor. I promise you that I won't make mistakes anymore, please 😔. Lukecody (talk) 20:44, 21 December 2020 (UTC)
- You do not need to be unblocked for username change. Blocked users, even indefinitely blocked users can be renamed as well. Taivo (talk) 21:10, 21 December 2020 (UTC)
- Blocked users retain talk page access to make legitimate block appeals. That your egregious past misbehaviour now has consequences that frustrate your desires on other projects is a circumstance entirely of your own making and not a valid or legitimate reason for unblocking on the Commons. If you continue to use this page for inappropriate requests, your ability to edit it will be removed. Эlcobbola talk 21:22, 21 December 2020 (UTC)
- Ok, sorry for everything. I will not do any more editing. Lukecody (talk) 21:25, 21 December 2020 (UTC)
- Taivo, Global renaming policy requires "The user is not seeking the rename to conceal or obfuscate bad conduct". Renaming Lukecody would mess with the connection to Category:Sockpuppets of Lukecody. Cabayi (talk) 12:07, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
- OK. I'll remember: sockpuppeteers are never renamed, no way. Taivo (talk) 12:48, 21 February 2021 (UTC)

Desbloquear
- I do not agree with this user's eventual unblock. Their behaviour was disruptive, they knew it was disruptive and they have continued, as they say, to indirectly edit the wiki by proxy (users on IRC). Such behaviour, as I said, is completely unacceptable. --Bedivere (talk) 01:45, 25 February 2022 (UTC)
- I have to add the user has angrily responded to my comment via IRC. I am not copying their comment verbatim, but among other things they have asked me to delete my comment, which I won't do. --Bedivere (talk) 02:32, 25 February 2022 (UTC)
--Bedivere (talk) 03:12, 25 February 2022 (UTC)
- ¿ATAQUE PERSONAL? ¡Pero si tú mismo lo dijiste HOY! Jajajaja. Lukecody (talk) 03:41, 25 February 2022 (UTC)

- I don't want to add more drama to this unblock request, but I frequent the Spanish IRC channels and I don't find Lukecody's actions disruptive (at least in matters related to Commons). I believe he has understood that he can't keep on creating sockpuppets and I'd say that he has learned a lot about copyright (the issue that lead him to his first block). I'm fairly sure that, in the case he's unblocked, he'll be a lot more cautious with the files he uploads and will always ask first when in doubt. -sasha- (talk) 15:40, 1 March 2022 (UTC)

File:Fachada del colegio Andrés Avelino Cáceres de Subtanjalla.jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.
If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues. |
