Warna merah dalam bendera versi fisik ini kurang terang dikarenakan warna ini merupakan warna merah paling terang dengan kadar 0-100-100-0 yang dapat diproduksi menurut model warna CMYK yang digunakan dalam percetakan berwarna. UU Nomor 24 Tahun 2009 menjabarkan warna merah yang digunakan dalam bendera Indonesia adalah warna merah dengan kadar warna RGB 255-0-0. Kadar warna tersebut tidak bisa dikonversi ke model warna CMYK dikarenakan rentang gamut model warna CMYK lebih terbatas dibanding dengan model warna MHB/RGB, seperti terlihat di gambar File:CIE1931xy gamut comparison.svg. Lambang daerah provinsi dan kabupaten di Jawa Barat[edit]
Mungkin ini rasanya agak sensitif, tetapi ini penting.
Semenjak saya mencoba mengkroscek gambar-gambar lambang daerah ada di proyek Wikimedia, perda-perda, dan di Internet, saya menemukan banyak sekali kesalahan dari cara menggambar lambang daerah. Sebagai contoh, lambang Jawa Barat. Tahun 2019 kemarin Anda sempat mengganti lambang dengan yang ini. Begitu saya kroscek dengan deskripsi tekstual yang ada di sini dan juga Perda No. 11/PD/DPRD-GR/1961, saya menemukan beberapa kejanggalan:
Padinya berjumlah 20, padahal yang diminta hanya 17 biji.
Kapasnya berjumlah 11, padahal yang diminta 8 kuntum dan 3 daun.
Dalam blazon yang disintesis di hubert-herald, kotak-kotak pada lambang harusnya berjumlah 6 × 5, bukan 5 × 5 (saya belum memahami mengapa demikian).
Untuk elemen lainnya sudah OK.
Yang saya sayangkan, lambang-lambang yang lebih baru biasanya dilampirkan dalam Perda dan dimuat dalam JDIH, dan masih sedikit pemerintahan daerah yang memuat Perda lambang daerah yang berasal dari era 1950—1990-an. Mengingat dahulunya Perda-Perda ini direproduksi dalam mesin tik di atas kertas buram (komputer baru dimulai sekitar tahun 70-an akhir hingga 80-an), maka Perda-Perda era abad ke-20 masih sedikit yang sudah didigitalisasi atau dicetak ulang, sehingga masyarakat kurang mengenal makna yang sesungguhnya dari lambang-lambang tersebut karena desainnya banyak yang salah dan referensi yang masih kurang. Apologize, i think i might not update the maps you requested yet until the misnomer issue regarding the most recent province is discussed and solved by the Indonesian government (Afrogindahood (talk) 11:42, 12 February 2023 (UTC))[reply]
