Flora categories[edit]
I have seen that you made changes in many cases with the comment "Country categories should consist specimens found there". What do you mean with this? Could you give an example how it should be in your opinion? Thanks. Wouter (talk) 10:17, 23 August 2011 (UTC)
- In species categories there are photos of specimens found all over the world. So I find it usually does't make sense to categorize the whole species category under the flora category of certain country. Common practise seems to be that "Flora of <country>" conists of photos or more specific categories like Category:Quercus ilex in France. As most species categories aren't categorized under country categories, I conisdered it a mistake that some species are. 88.196.241.249 10:32, 23 August 2011 (UTC)
File page structure[edit]
Hi 88.196.241.249,
Thanks for your contributions. You're doing a lot of work. Just one small thing, take a look at this edit. Could you please not remove the summary heading, users use that to access the Information template by using "section editing". If you'd like to have the translated version then use {{int:filedesc}}
and replace it with that, but don't remove it. Also the correct heading for the license section is {{int:license-header}}
, not {{int:license}}
. In English they are almost the same, but the translation context behind them is different. One is meant of headings, the other is meant as form label when uploading a new file. Thanks! –Krinkletalk 17:57, 26 January 2012 (UTC)
- Sorry about that, I'll use the suggested headers in future. 88.196.241.249 18:09, 26 January 2012 (UTC)
Copyvio tagging[edit]
Hi! I saw your copyvio tagging of File:Prints.jpg. Note that some French people get a 30-year copyright extension, so the copyright expires at the end of 2044, not 2014. Not that it matters much, of course: it's still a copyvio. See en:Mort pour la France#Copyright for details. --Stefan4 (talk) 20:21, 7 May 2012 (UTC)
3 faili kohta[edit]
- Vabandust, ma tahaksin neid 3 files kustutamiseks panna, ilma kustutamata me ei saa neid uuesti järgmisel nädalal Commonsisse üleslaadida,
- 80px
- 80px
- 80px

- This was an obvious typo. Anyways, thanks for letting me know. I've corrected the language code in template in question. 88.196.241.249 13:04, 29 September 2012 (UTC)
Suspectable deleting of the category[edit]
Why do you removed widely used category in Commons (Monuments and memorials to people in Estonia) [1]?--Bioneer1 (talk) 19:16, 21 June 2014 (UTC)
- Ma ei tea, kuidas muu maailmaga on, aga Eesti kategoorias oli ainult kaks liiget. Sellisel kujul ei tundu see kategooria (veel) kasulik. 88.196.241.249 20:18, 21 June 2014 (UTC)
