Is this website actually down? That's really bad news, I saw your message here and I was going to rely a lot on that website, but I didn't have the time to tackle the Nguyễn Dynasty yet on Wikipedia. I think that's what happening to this great website. Last year I found that although the website is still working, most pages were no longer available, and it's finally down. I checked the Facebook page but found no news. It is possible to rescue some photos through archive.org and flickr, and that's what I'm working on. Our friend "Musée Annam" just uploaded a brand new batch of symbols

Kindly check out his latest uploads. Internet here in the rural Philippines is extremely slow to the point that it's near impossible to use Wikimedia websites besides the simple consuming of content, so I can't really investigate if these symbols are legitimate or not. National Library of Viet-Nam

Hello, excuse me for bothering you, but since a few weeks I haven't been able to access the website of the National Library of Viet-Nam to read old newspapers. Now, I'm not sure if it has anything to do with my slow rural Filipino network access 🛜, or if there's an actual issue with the website.

Lê Văn Duyệt (黎文悅) in art

  • [1] (image): A black and white painting with Chinese characters "左軍大將軍黎文悅" (possibly an old work?).
  • [2] (image): A coloured painting displayed in the mausoleum of Lê Văn Duyệt (See: photograph)
  • [3] (Image): A new painting by painter Mr Lê Sa Long, apparently based on previous works

  • [5]: Portrait of Lê Văn Duyệt on 100 VNCH dong banknotes: Portrait at shoulder length

The first four full-length portraits are all in the same pose, and the facial features in the fifth remain similar to the previous ones. Another noteworthy point is the pattern on the robe. Although the portrait on the banknote only reaches up to the shoulders, you can still see a corner of the pattern on his clothes. 源義信 (talk) 16:53, 7 April 2024 (UTC)
