Flickr author

Sorry for the delay. I've only contacted the author for the one image and he got back to me within a few days of sending out a notice. It looks like his account is active since he uploaded several images a few weeks ago. I've only interacted with him once, so I don't think I'll be any help. вопрос по добавлению фото

Добрый день!

Меня зовут Ирина. У меня возникли трудности с добавлением фото в википедию. Я добавила статью, которую уже одобрили, но фото, вставленные в нее были защищены авторским правом. Но незадолго до удаления, я обратилась к автору и он выслал по указанному в правилах википедии эл. адрес письменное разрешение на опубликование его работ. Но фото все равно удалили. Что делать дальше, я не знаю. Заново добавить те же фото не возможно, т.к. выходит ошибка, что фото такие уже были. Я вышлю вам скан письма автора, если нужно. Может вы сможете мне чем-то помочь.

Picture of the Year voting round 1 open

Dear Wikimedians,

Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the 2012 Picture of the Year competition is now open. We're interested in your opinion as to which images qualify to be the Picture of the Year for 2012. Voting is open to established Wikimedia users who meet the following criteria:

  1. Users must have an account, at any Wikimedia project, which was registered before Tue, 01 Jan 2013 00:00:00 +0000 [UTC].
  2. This user account must have more than 75 edits on any single Wikimedia project before Tue, 01 Jan 2013 00:00:00 +0000 [UTC]. Please check your account eligibility at the POTY 2012 Contest Eligibility tool.
  3. Users must vote with an account meeting the above requirements either on Commons or another SUL-related Wikimedia project (for other Wikimedia projects, the account must be attached to the user's Commons account through SUL).

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year are all entered in this competition. From professional animal and plant shots to breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historically relevant images, images portraying the world's best architecture, maps, emblems, diagrams created with the most modern technology, and impressive human portraits, Commons features pictures of all flavors.

For your convenience, we have sorted the images into topic categories. Two rounds of voting will be held: In the first round, you can vote for as many images as you like. The first round category winners and the top ten overall will then make it to the final. Помогите оставить фото

Доброго времени суток! Я добавил сюда вот это фото File:Валерий_Колесник.jpg, но нужно было разрешение автора. Автор (Валерий Колесник) отправил письмо в OTRS еще 15.10.2013, но пока ничего не изменилось. Подскажите, что делать дальше, ведь через пару дней фото удалят? Здравствуйте. Вы конечно меня простите, но откуда вы знаете, что именно Валерий Колесник отправил письмо в OTRS? Может участник Cortm200 со своего email отправил письмо в OTRS, а вам здесь сказки рассказывает. А если, как он пишет, что автор вообще Владислав Хромых, то причём здесь Валерий Колесник, если запрос в OTRS должен делать именно автор фотографии Владислав Хромых. Здравствуйте. Как я по Вашему должен определить, действительно ли фото отправил Валерий Колесник? а если Cortm200 это и есть Валерий Колесник? А если Cortm200 предоставит мне имэйл Владислава Хромых, я получу письмо с подтверждением, а окажется, что это и есть сам Cortm200? а если никакого Владислава Хромых просто не существует? Вы предлагаете мне написать шпионский роман? Для успокоения совести я напрямую связался с Валерием и самим Владиславом, они подтвердил, что права принадлежат исключительно Валерию и письмо написал он.
